"Princess Theia, right?" The blonde greeted with her hand stuck out politely.

"Uh yes, and you are Sharon Carter." I confirmed, reluctantly taking her hand.

As much as I wanted to slap her, I realised that she hadn't actually given me a proper reason to fight yet so I decided to keep my cool, for now.

"Yeah, I recognised you from the funeral. And then Steve mentioned you after." She practically blushed making me want to vomit.

Great. So, they did talk and I bet this harlot was gazing longingly into my man's eyes.

"That reminds me, I am very sorry for your loss." I tried desperately hard to be polite, but it was already getting irksome.

"Thank you. The real reason I've found you is that the head of our security team has asked you to travel to Berlin, accompanied by Miss Romanoff, where the Joint Terrorism Task Force requires your help locating the suspect." She explained.

"But I'm not working right now?" I questioned, gesturing down to my blatantly obvious, exploding stomach.

"Yes, but your opinion will still be evaluated. Besides, it's much safer there." She informed me and I found myself nodding along while catching a glimpse of fury take over T'Challa's face, just past her.

I knew that look. I had seen it in the mirror and in Thor's face too many times. Desperate vengeance.

"Okay, lead the way." I simply stated before making eye contact with Nat who looked tense and worried. I nodded my head towards Sharon, trying to hide my distaste for her, telling Nat that we are supposed to follow her.

T'Challa, who was still sat near her, noticed my gesture and stood up, his walk brimming with anguish and rage. Part of me wanted to stop him but I knew that if anyone tried to stop me when I was feeling like that, they wouldn't be greeted with a friendly smile.

With a defeated sigh, Nat stood up and sauntered over to Sharon and I, regaining her classic smirk.

I smiled sadly and we started to follow Sharon in solemn silence while she barked orders at officers and agents that pass her by.

After a ride in a helicopter, we arrived in Berlin and Sharon showed us to a hotel room that was situated right next to the Joint Terrorism Task Force. She said how we had a few hours to properly recover and rest before we are spoken to.

Essentially, we had time to kill. Time that I spent pacing and worrying about what Steve was doing and if he was okay. I hadn't heard from him since our call and figured that, by now, he had probably located Bucky with Sam.

I explained to Nat what I thought was going to happen, knowing I could trust her with the information, and she tried to calm me down and saying how the stress wasn't good for the babies, but I am way too impatient to be able to calm down right now.

We were only in the room for about 20 minutes before my phone started to ring again.

I snapped out of my trance and pulled it out of my pocket and prepared myself to see Steve's name. But it wasn't him. It was Tony. I answered quickly and put the phone on speaker so that Nat could hear.

"Princess, you are not gonna like what you're gonna hear." He sighed through the speaker, and I groaned knowing that Steve had got caught.

I knew that he hadn't been hurt because Tony isn't heartless. He wouldn't have jokey in the slightest if anything had actually happened to him. I wasn't really scared of that anyway. I knew Steve could handle himself but now I figured he had been caught.
