I dove towards Thanos as he tossed Steven away, landing behind him, praying one last time that I could do this.

"I'm going to stop you right there!" I yelled at him, my mouth snarling like a dog as he turned to face me once again.

"You, again." He grumbled as he rolled my eyes at my presence.

"You remember me, huh?" I sneered, cocking my head to the side with a menacing smile.

"Difficult to forget how annoying you are." He growled, taking a few steps towards me, preparing to throw me away like the others, but that was not about to happen.

"I could say the same for you. Now, how about you give me the gauntlet and we call it evens?" I snapped, handing out my hand sarcastically as he continuously glared at me.

"Humanity is a virus. It needs to be stopped." He grumbled, his genocidal views standing strong.

"Let me guess, you're going to tell me that 'the host will kill the virus or the virus will kill the host'. I've already seen that movie. It doesn't end well for you." I rolled my eyes, thinking back to one of the movies I watched with Steve.

"By killing me, you are killing your planet." He added, pointlessly trying to get me to stop my rampage.

"How about I just kill you?" I smiled sarcastically before absorbing every possible fraction of energy from all five stones and blasting them at him in a blinding ray of light.

My skin set alight as I abandoned all self-protection and let Thanos feel my full strength.

Pushing off from the blast, I raised into the air, forcing the light down as he tried to shield his face. The ground began to dent around him under the force and I pushed harder. My pain was non-existent compared to my drive.

In a sudden moment of inspiration, Thanos started to use the stones to absorb the power I was using against him, and I started to panic as he smiled before returning the blast on me.

I dove out of the way, scrambling away from the blast as it chased me. It finally stopped as I crawled over the rocks, ready to attack again.

"Give up, child." He growled at me; his fist held up threateningly.

"Never." I spat, grinding my teeth as my blood bubbled through my veins.

"Then you will see just how much I can take from you." He threatened with a wicked grin, my blood heating my skin as I imagined my face to be crimson with rage.

I leered forward, diving behind his legs and shoving my feet into the backs of his knees, causing him to double over. I leapt onto his back, climbing up it, before wrapping my hands tightly around his neck while also using the stones to hold his fist open.

I couldn't quite get my hands fully around his fat neck so I climbed higher up his back, curling my thighs around it and tensing them as hard as I could.

I squeezed as tightly as possible, hoping to replicate whatever pain my brother felt as this brute killed him and gained a tiny bit of satisfaction in starting to avenge him.

I then whipped Loki's daggers from within my armour and stabbed the blue weapons deep into his chest.

"Not if you die first." I snarled as he groaned in pain from his latest wounds.

I slid of his back, pulling the daggers with me as I slotted them back to safety and shot rapid-fire orbs at him.

I knew now was the time I had to do it. I had weakened him, and it was my opportunity to get my revenge that I desperately craved.
