"Hey! Aren't you an Avenger?"

I heard someone yell at me while I stood in the middle of the pavement, just in front of the 'Avenger's Tower'. I turned my head to see two young girls stood behind me, their faces filled with awe and wonder. Their mouths hung open as they gawped at me.

"Um, hi! Yes, I guess I am." I smiled at them widely as I confirmed the idea in my own head as well as theirs. Their open mouths turned into wide smiles and they turned to each other, practically giddy with excitement.

"Will you take a photo with us? Please? It will only take a second." One of the girls exclaimed as she held out her phone. Is this what Erik meant by famous? I have been a princess on Asgard my whole life, I know what it is like for everyone to know who you are, but it was always because of my title not what I had accomplished.

I grinned at the two girls. "Um, sure. What do I do?" I ask dumbly as the other girl turned her phone onto the camera.

"Just smile or do anything really!" The girl cheered as they posed with me in the background. The girl holding the camera clicked the button a few times before putting her phone away. "Thank you so much! We are huge fans." She gushed as she pulled open her jacket revealing a picture of Tony's Iron Man mask.

I laughed at the idea of Tony plastered on teenage girls T-Shirts all around the world. "I'm sure that he would love that you are wearing that." I giggled.

"Oh yeah, we love Iron Man! But Captain America is so dreamy, even if he is a bad boy." The other girl sighed. That's weird. Even though I no longer claim to know Steve and who he is, I wouldn't consider him a 'bad boy'.

"You two are like, perfect for each other! We saw him catch you on Youtube." They continued as I started to roll my eyes. Another person who seems to think that Steve and I 'belong together'. It just hurts even more to know that he wouldn't choose me.

"So, people keep saying." I mutter under my breath as the girls continue to excite over 'The Avengers'.

"Anyway, thank you so much for talking to us." The girl smiled as they walked off together, arm in arm.

I focused my attention back on the building in front of me and the row of glass doors that separated me from the next chapter of my life. I decided to stop hanging around in the street with people staring at me and pushed myself through the doors.

The lobby that I once ran into when it was empty and destroyed, was now packed full of a flurry of people, flustering about with papers. I looked over to one of the walls that had a number of screens on and saw videos of Thor and I in Greenwich. I also saw glimpses of pictures of Steve and Natasha alongside the word 'Fugitive'. What was going on with that?

I was a little bewildered in the moving crowd of what must have been agents. My body moved with the current as I stood amidst the herd of people.

I saw a man looking at me as he pushed his way through the crowd. I spooked as, at first, I thought it was Steve walking towards me, but it wasn't. He looked similar though, he had the same light brown hair, similar blue eyes and even a similar frame. It was quite weird actually, it was like they could have been twins.

The man walked up to me and held out his hand to greet me. "Agent Dominic Green of Stark Industries." He introduced himself as he shook my hand for an overly long time. "I know who you are." He sighed awkwardly before finally letting go of my hand.

"Hi, nice to meet you. Do you know if Tony Stark is in the building?" I asked as my eyes flitted between the different faces flying past me.

"Last I checked, he was up in the lab with Ms Potts, I can take you there if you would like?" He asked politely, whilst smiling intently.
