"Don't get me wrong, I would love to go shopping with you, but why do I need to come too?" I asked as Natasha dragged me through the tower and into the passenger seat of a black car on the street.

"Because you need a dress too." Natasha told me as she strapped herself into the driver's seat of the car.

"I have plenty of suitable gowns." I argue as I pull the seat belt over my chest, as Natasha did, and clipped it in.

She revved the engine and started to drive along the busy streets, cutting through traffic. "Well, you need a new one. Besides we need to hang out more." She explained, half her focus on me and the other half on the road.

I was actually pretty flattered that she wanted to hang out with me. I always thought that she didn't actually like me that much, but maybe that's just what she was like.

The journey was incredibly short, mainly because the tower was so central in New York. We pulled up outside a fancy looking shop and Natasha marched straight through the double doors, with me trailing behind. As soon as we walked in, a gaggle of shopping attendants pounced on us asking what kind of clothing we required.

I watched in awe as they led us through the main halls and through to a smaller, private dressing room. I sat down on the circular footstool, while Natasha murmured somethings to the shopping attendants, who scurried away to fetch appropriate garments.

Natasha took off her leather jacket and tossed it in the corner of the room before she sat down beside me. We sat, a little awkwardly, in silence, while we waited for the attendants to return. They promptly ran back in and laid out two dresses on the door. One was silky, short and red and the other was black with a white shoulder piece.

Natasha then stood up and handed me the red dress.

"I am not wearing that." I chuckled. I had never worn anything red. It was Thor's colour, mine was blue. It was like an unspoken rule that we both shared, neither wore the other's colour. I had also never worn anything that revealing, my father would be completely livid.

"Just try it on. It will look amazing on you." She tried to convince me as she picked up the other dress and walked behind a curtain. I saw her clothes fall to the floor before she poked her head back around with a smirk. "Try it on." She now ordered me, and I stood up. I may as well try it on.

I pulled off my armour and slipped the dress over my head. I looked in the floor length mirror on the wall. My whole legs were practically out, and the straps were barely keeping my breasts inside them. I could not wear this.

Natasha slipped out from behind the curtain. Her dress was much more conservative, but she looked incredible. If she paired the dress with some strappy heels, I don't think anyone would be safe from her charms.

"Natasha, I cannot wear this." I reiterated as I shuffled nearer to her, the skirt riding up as I went.

"Of course, you can, who's stopping you? And I think we are close enough that you can call me Nat." She explained as she looked me up and down.

"Thor will have a heart attack! Also, it's red." I snapped slightly at her. She raised her eyebrows, clearly surprised I was actually standing up to her. She smirked slightly, impressed.

"So? What does it matter if it's red. You look hot." She sassed and placed her hands on her hips, accentuating her waistline.

"Red is Thor's colour, mine is blue. It's like an unspoken rule between us. He will kill me if I show up to the party wearing this." I explained, she looked like she understood.

"All right, fine." She sighed before she put her fingers to her lips and whistled loudly. A shopping attendant came into the room quickly, upon her command. She snapped her fingers and pointed to my dress. "This in blue." She snapped and the lady ran off quickly.
