Izuku is a kind young boy, who's family loves him, when he was 4 he got his quirk, shadow manipulation, as he grew up he, like the rest of his family was very smart but also very lazy, he trained hard, but was very lazy when others were around.
When he got into UA he quickly gained the title "the lazy prodigy" he was dubbed this because he was so smart and proficient in using his quirk, no one stood a chance against him in any areas, the only person who's was smarter then him was his farther and Principle Nezu.

Quirk: shadow manipulation
He is basically able to manipulate shadows like Shikamaru and his clan can, but he can also use shadows to travel as well as store things in if it's his own shadow.

She makes him a little less lazy and also is very smart like him so gives him a small challenge when they play chess or shogi together.
Izuku will use kunai and shurikan as weapons as well as the other ninja tool Shikamaru uses, he will also have the piercing in his ear as a family tradition instead of for his team.
