Izuku has shinras abilities from fire force, he will be a Yagi, but he is a lot stronger then canon before he joins UA as he trained everyday from the age of 6, when he decided to be a hero against his parents who neglected him.
Izuku Yagi was a loving bit who always smiled, but after being misdiagnosed quirkless, he lived a life of hell from being neglected by his parents to being bullied horribly by his peers.
When izuku discovered his quirk when he was 6, he trained it and his body to the limit all the time.
Overtime from all the negative things happening to him, his once lovely and bright smile, turned to a scary devil looking grin, which normally showed when he was happy or nervous.
