Izuku todoroki is a loved boy, he has a powerful quirk called flames that allow him absolute control over all types of flames.
He is a student of UA until he is betrayed by everyone apart from his family and the teachers who didn't believe he was a traitor, but had to send him to prison anyway.
While there izuku found out another ability he had which allowed him to make portals to hell.
He traveled to hell and spent all his time training there for when he comes back for revenge.
Join his on his road to revenge, or will he stray from that road due to the people he lives and care for helping him.
Ship can be anyone.
There will be a Yagi family that is inko and all might and their kids, and them and the bakugos will be great friends with the todoroki family.
He will have scorpions abilities and will be able to use any flame with them.
He will be stronger then all might after he is proven innocent.
