After Naruto failed the genin exam, he steals the scroll if sealing like asked by mizuki, and uses it to learn the shadow clone Justu, as well as find a very powerful sword, murasame.
Naruto uses the sword to defend himself against mizuki, and returns the scroll without his father or anyone knowing he took the scroll in the first place.

Naruto in this is basically a male version of akame, just he is skilled in other areas like stated above, but he won't be a konaha ninja, and will travel around, killing anyone who pisses him off.
Naruto will be a S-class ninja, and when his family find out who he is and that he is alive, they do all they can to get him back.
Naruto has 2 sisters, who have the 9 tails split between them, like how Minato and Naruto had in canon, and Naruto will have none.
