Izuku midoriya is a kind kid, he loves helping people when he can, he has a loving family who don't care that he is quirkless and raise him well.
One day the midoriya family is killed by AFO who is wanting to finish Nana shimura family. (He took tenko, but inko is a shimura) izuku, who was hidden, saw his parents being killed, and it triggered something, suddenly a golden helmet appeared on his head and he felt power flow through him.
Suddenly a voice in his head told him what to do, and he teleported away, to not be seen for the next 8 years. (His parents died when he was 8)
Watch izuku train, and become a hero so he can avenge his parents, and take their killer in so they can have justice.
If you couldn't tell after all the hints he will be doctor fate, although he won't have the same drawback of being consumed by the helmets control, he will only loose energy from the magic he uses.
Ship can be with anyone the author wants.
