Chapter 4

MOONBYUL POV

I woke up earlier than usual. I just want to come early to work today and it's my second day at work.

When I was waiting for the bus to stop here, I realized that I was so early. 

"Aish! I forgot that there is no bus at this time... What an idiot am I so I need to take a walk from here to the weather station like fuck." I said to myself when I was about to go and start my walk. A familiar car stopped in front of me. 

It's Director Kim.

"Be my answer for my laziness, Miss Kim, Please" My thoughts say, when Director Kim spoke.

"Just Hopped in and Don't waste your time waiting for the bus, there's no bus at this hour." She said, I nodded to her while putting my seatbelt on before she drove off. 

"Why so early to go to work?" She asked me but I'm not looking at her instead of looking out the window.

"I just got bored in my room, and I don't wanna waste my time waiting for my shift then suddenly I remember that there is no bus at this hour." As I said with my disbelief. 

"How about you, Director? This is usually your time to go to work?"

"Actually no, I go to work like 30 minutes early before the shift and I'm on my jogging earlier actually since I woke up so early than I do but Jisoo called me that Head Director looking for me in this hour," She said and I just slowly nodded and looked at outside the window again.

When we were in the middle of our way to work, my phone rang. I was surprised when I saw the phone ID.

CALLING HYEJIN🦁...

I happily picked up the phone and we did some chit-chat. 

"Hi there Lion," I said with my sweet tone. She's my Best Friend, my only friend, she was like my younger sister. She went to New Zealand to finish her studies there.

"Hi there too unnie, I miss you!" 

"I miss you too. When will you come back here?" 

"I already came back. I'll see you later maybe?" 

"Wait what?! Are you already here in Seoul? Alright, I'll see you later. I'm on my way to work today. Maybe let's meet up after work. I'll call you later, I miss you bye!" I said before I hung up the call since we were near the station. I was so happy when I heard the news that she came back here to Korea. I do miss her so much.

When we reached the parking lot, I stepped out of the car first and waited for the director Kim who took her stuff and locked her car.

I looked back to Director Kim who checked her car carefully and got ready.

"Solar..." As I said she quickly responded. "Hmm..."

"Thank you for the ride again," As I said, I didn't notice that I hugged her, I quickly bowed to her. It is so embarrassing.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." As I said, I walked first before she talked but I heard her giggling at my back. "Ugh! What an unlucky day... This is so embarrassing byul" My thoughts say, I ruffled my hair.

"That's fine, my pleasure," Solar said and I looked back and I just smiled at her and walked again.

"Why have your cheeks become red?"  Solar added that makes me hide my face. I touch my face so that I can feel that I look like a tomato right now.

"Ya stopped teasing me?" I said without looking at her and even though she silently giggled, I still heard her at my back.

"I didn't tease you Moonbyul"
