Midoriya was finally let out of the hospital. He was no longer incredibly malnourished, and now he even had more knowledge of taking care of Pico. The female nurses made sure that he would take care of her. Some even offered to pay visits from time to time. Also..., now that Inko had skipped town..., the apartment was his. Tsukauchi even told him that he'd stop by from time to time and help out with anything he needed.
He may or may not have used his extreme luck quirk to make it so he could live without going into the foster system. He would now be a fourteen, nearly fifteen year old boy living alone with a little girl. Though, he really has no need to worry. Especially since technically speaking he has both the twins and Pico to take care of him. Well he'll be taking care of Pico, but for the most part they take care of each other.
When Midoriya got into the house, he ordered a new doorknob/lock. There was no way he'd allow his mother to get back inside. When he entered the house, everything was gone. The house had pretty much been picked clean of anything valuable that didn't belong to the landlady. Who, by the way, was easily convinced to allow him to stay there by himself. She'd always been fond of him, though she never liked his mother.
The landlady always called her a mean old wench behind her back. It honestly made him laugh. She was definitely surprised to hear that he now had a child though. After finding out, she was added to the list of people that wished to stop by from time to time. Of course, he had no room to say no. He thought that it'd be a nice idea.
~Papa! How come all the furniture is gone?~ Pico asked. Midoriya huffed annoyed.
"Inko probably sold everything as fast as she could. There's no way she'd leave me with anything. That's just not like her, as long as it could be sold for money, she'd sell everything." Midoriya had a realization and quickly ran up to his room. He fell to the ground as he realized that she'd even sold everything from his room.
"Damn that bitch..." Midoriya said. His speaking patterns honestly surprised him. Every time he swore, he'd get beat by his mother, so he got into the habit of avoiding those words as best he could. But now he was free to do what ever he wanted...
~Papa, what would your neighbors say if they heard you swearing in front of a child...~ Pico commented. Midoriya huffed and ruffled the little girl's hair.
"You're right, that wouldn't be the best, I'll try my best to stop swearing. It's just been a while and it sort of fits in this kind of situation..." Midoriya told her. He doesn't know why he's treating her like a little girl. She's an incredibly smart Ai, which meant that she had the intelligence of an adult. But even so, she looked as though she enjoyed being treated like his little girl.
~Hmm..., Papa! Let's go shopping! Pico wants a bunch of really cute clothes!~ Pico told him.
"Don't you have a creation quirk though Pico?" Midoriya asked. Pico spaced for a moment then pouted.
~Yeah..., but Pico wants to go shopping with host...~ Pico told him with little puppy dog eyes. Midoriya felt his heart ache at Pico's pouting face. There was no way he could fight against her cuteness attacks...
"Fine..., This would serve as good practice for my shifting quirk anyway..." Midoriya told the girl. Pico's eyes went into huge little stars as she listened to him. Then she shifted into another little girl as well. This one was a taller one and she had a cute little dress on. Instead of the rabbit from before it was a little bear this time.

~Come on Papa! Let's go!~ Pico hopped up and down excitedly, it was her first time seeing Midoriya use his shifting quirk, so it made her even more excited to go outside.
"Hold on just a bit. I'd like to make this form an ID as well as preferably a drivers license and other things... Though we can do the license later it would still be fairly important..." Midoriya told the girl. Pico puffed up her cheeks at her father. Though she knows that an ID in this world is practically life itself now a days...
~Fine..., but hurry up Papa, Pico wants to play!~ Pico told him. Midoriya sweat dropped at her eagerness, but nodded none the less.
