"Speaking" 'Thinking' ~Pico~
Izuku sat in the Casino tiredly, he'd been busy lately. Between grey and his other clones, he feels that things are finally catching up to him. Having his clones active all the time was probably causing him issues. At the same time though, it's not like he can just get rid of all of them, especially not Izumi, she was at school right now, it'd be awkward if she just disappears out of nowhere.
He huffed as he looked around, it wasn't everyday that he went to the Casino in his normal form, his body was quite large, not looking anywhere close to that of a sixteen year old. (Fifteen?) There was still quite some time before the school day ended, he wasn't sure what he wanted to do with the oncoming hours. He'd use the wheel, but quite honestly his body is already having a hard time keeping up with the one's he's already got.
He sat at a table with one other person. That being Grey, he was coming with him to pick up Izumi and Pico. No doubt Aizawa already knew who he was, he wasn't an idiot, and with the test from Izumi's side, it was definitely time for him to figure out his identity. Now of course, he wasn't even planning on talking to the man, that's what Grey is for, so if he decides to get even slightly close to him, Grey will have no choice but to intervene and start up a conversation with the man.
Honestly, he feels like he might be messing with the poor black haired hero a tad too much, befriending him with one of his clones and now said clone will act as though he's never even met the man before. Of course, this will only be within the school. He huffed, his clone at his side was growing more and more of a backstory, Shioru still hasn't explained it to him, which means he'll have no choice but to figure it out on his own. He's just hoping that it doesn't fuck up any of his plans, she seems to be really good at that after all.
There's one other thing that really bothers him, that other team that she'd configured. He understood that they disliked Grey for some reason, it could be because their team works directly under him, but that girl's team works specifically for Shioru. He wasn't sure what she gained from that. Not only that, he's pretty sure that they're all actual humans, most of them probably having their memories erased and replaced by Hiromi or possibly even Shioru herself.
He's still not sure what these "Gods" are capable of after all... Everything that's been happening though, it all feels configured by Shioru, she always knows what's happening and can somehow know the ending as well. It's like she's the actual mastermind behind everything. Honestly, that'd be strange considering Shiaru was probably smarter.
Grey sat at his side with his arms crossed and lying on the table. His eyes roamed the area as though he was looking for something or possibly waiting. Sure enough, Harumi came waltzing over in her normal clothes rather then her vigilante costume. They made her look a lot more like she was his bodyguard than a vigilante.
"You don't know how strange it is seeing the both of you side by side..." Harumi spoke as she took a seat by Grey's side. Grey easily accepted her presence and started talking back.
"I feel the same, I mean it's not every day that you have two people with the same personality side by side." Grey spoke, a small smirk on his face at the little joke.
Izuku rolled his eyes, he'd always had Grey come off more of a jokester or maybe even lightly flirty at times, seeing it for himself now though, it was honestly kind of strange. All of this was strange, he's got so many clones now that acted completely different from how he acts, at times he forgets which personality is the real one, but of course it all tends to come back as soon as he's in his real body. It's strange, like his mind is making sure he doesn't lose his grip on reality.
Though to be fair, he's pretty sure he lost that as soon as Pico came into existence. She was definitely a life changer. Without her, he wouldn't be where he is now, one of the owners of this ridiculously fast growing place. To be honest, he still hasn't wrapped his head around how other people can enter this place. Shioru mentioned that it was fine, but even still, having other people enter his own dream space was odd.
He shook his head and looked around, Harumi and Grey were in their own little worlds talking to one another. "This place is coming along smoothly..., what do the two of you think?" He asked as he tuned back into the conversation. The two looked his way as they thought about it.
"Honestly, it's surprising how many people easily accepted the contract, I mean it literally says that their souls were at risk." Harumi told him. He shrugged.
"Not really, it says it partially, but it's more of a hint than outright telling them." Izuku told the girl.
"Izuku, that's even worse..." Harumi told him as she shook her head.
"Well to be fair, we did need more people coming, if it said outright that they'd lose their souls, wouldn't the outcome be different? I mean look at how many people are here." Grey chipped in. Izuku nodded at his words.
Harumi simply huffed. "Anyway, when are we gonna go pick up Izumi. I'm completely ready to scare the shit out of Silver." Harumi asked him. Izuku smiled at her words.
"In a while, it's still too early and she'd probably kill me if I went to pick her up early." Izuku told them.
"Yeah right, she'd probably be ecstatic knowing her..." Harumi spoke. Izuku rolled his eyes at her words.
"She's just a bit clingy, it's not like she views me as some kind of god." Izuku responded. Harumi snorted at his words.
"Hate to break it to you Izuku, but that's exactly what she views you as. She never stops bragging about how amazing you are." Harumi told him as she pretended to gag. Izuku narrowed his eyes at Harumi in warning.
"Maybe I should see what's going on in that head of hers..., it's been some time since I've collected her memories." Izuku spoke. He normally collects the memories of each of his clones daily, especially Angel's, but he'd been holding off with Izumi since he wasn't sure if he'd like to be met with some awkward or annoying situation in the school. He's not interested in what they have going on. He'd only had Izumi go there for Shioru, but honestly it annoys him that that school somehow always has him tied around it's finger. Honestly, if he didn't know any better, he'd blame Nezu. But, even he couldn't mess with one's fate like this..., unless of course he directly gets involved.
