"Speaking" 'Thinking' ~Pico~
"My quirk..., it's similar to Harumi's...,"

"My quirk is similar to Harumi's since it's a hypnosis type..., I can sometimes go through someone's mind and erase or replace memories..., I also have the ability to order those around me to do stuff, but I have to touch them in order to do that." The white haired girl spoke.
The looks in the group's eyes were all one's of interest, all of them set on her. She felt her face heat up a bit from all the attention.
"I see, you two are indeed quite amazing." Hajime spoke. His eyes now focused on the table in front of him. The waiters came into the room and placed a bunch of food on the table. The group waited a moment for the intruders to leave before continuing. "I'm afraid it'd be a shame to have them simply working at one of the bars..., why don't we think of a position in the casino instead. It'd be better for them there anyway." Hajime told the group.
Shiaru stopped that conversation all together though. "I'm afraid them working inside the casino would bring a bit of suspicion, though the customers wouldn't know their quirks, those that work there would. So they'd begin speculating that some of the customers were coerced by their quirk rather then them actually being interested in the casino itself. In the end it could create doubts on the inside." Shiaru told them. The girl's faces seemed to grow a bit grim as they conversed with one another. They had hopes that they could finally find some work.
Because of their quirks, they'd constantly lose jobs for no reason. So they hoped that they could finally find something through them. "Don't be too sure Shiaru, in fact it may be better that way. We could use them to help us grow. Why not place them inside the bars for the time being, allow them to get used to the setting of an adult life rather then a kids' Then we can see how they do with the casino later on. If that doesn't work, we can place them in another position. They're quite the valuable pair after all, it'd be a shame if we couldn't find anything for them." Hajime countered the man.
The two both looked over at him with hopeful eyes. Shiaru simply thought about it for a moment before sighed. "Alright, I suppose it would be a shame to let them go, I'd personally like them to help me out in business, but at the same time I believe they'd be helpful when you're doing outside work." Shiaru told him. Izuku's eyes widened for a moment.
"Actually, that would work out too..." Izuku said as he placed a hand on his chin while thinking about all the things they could use them for.
He huffed as he thought. "There are so many different places where they'd be a perfect fit, it's difficult to choose, however for now, why don't we work up a contract of secrecy. It's best that this work doesn't spread or get out." Izuku mentioned.
The group nodded and looked over towards the two. They were nervous at the mention of a contract, the business they're talking about could be illegal..., but at the same time, they really needed the work. They've been living in a small shitty apartment for far too long already, not only that, the landlord's been trying to find any excuse to get them out since they make the other's uncomfortable...
The two girl's looked at one another, silently coming to an answer, without any more thought behind it, they both nodded at the request to sign a contract of secrecy. No longer caring if it's an illegal business or not.

Both girl's were given a piece of paper that was created by the green haired boy's quirk. On the paper, in big bold letters, were the words contract. It simply mentioned that everything they talked about and would talk about, as well as anything they may see in the future is entirely confidential and that anything spilled could lead to certain complications later in their life. Although that was a bit intimidating, they really needed the work.
"You must never say a word of any of this to anyone, not the police, not any of your friends, not even family. If what you're doing is to get out, others may either covet for it or in the end try to expose it. Which could lead to quite the dangerous situation for some of us." Shiaru told the girls.
The two nodded as they filled out the paper. As soon as it was finished the paper began to glow, before finally disappearing. In place of the paper was now a small tattoo like imprint that formed on the back of their hands. It was in the form of a black crow. They didn't use this with Kuroi before, which could in the end lead to some issues, however since the man already received a quirk he's probably having the time of his life.
"Now then, why don't we get down to business." Shioru spoke, gaining the attention of the two girls. "I'll give you a few options, you see Izuku over there is in fact our informant of sorts, he tells those that he deems worthy about the casino, in a round about way of course. As such, you may be allowed to work along side him as he does so. Otherwise, there is a position at one of the many bars that we own. You'd be working at a door that holds a portal into the casino, you'd be checking and authenticating certain cards that are given to those approved by Izuku." Shioru told them. The two seemed more interested in the one before that, working with Izuku would probably bring them more fun too.
"There's also a position as Shiaru's personal assistant, with that you'd be put to work and you'd help manage multiple of the properties that are owned by our group. We have quite the number of positions open you see, the two of you are free to choose as you see fit." Shioru told them. Shiaru had no complaints with that, in fact he was thinking about nabbing himself some help already, with this it'd just make things easier.
"Um..., we're allowed to choose different positions right?" Himori, the white haired girl, questioned.
"Of course, there'd be no point in forcing the two of you to stay and work in the same position. Besides, I doubt that Shiaru needs the both of you." Shioru told the girl. Her eyes widened as she spoke.
"How did you..." The girl questioned.
"Hon, it's clear in your eyes that you enjoy the thought of business more then excitement out in the field. Your sister over there however, she seems far more interested in working with Izuku." Shioru told the two.
