Taylor's favourite part of waking up in the morning - or well, more like the afternoon - is when she just lays under the warm covers for a few minutes, listening to the love of her life moving about in the kitchen, humming to himself. It truly makes her feel as though it is just the two of them alone in the entire world - nothing else matters. It also reminds her that they're together, not separated by the vast ocean. She really loves it, he probably doesn't even realise it, she's never mentioned it to him before. Just enjoys the moment in her own quiet way before dragging herself out of bed.
Tossing the covers aside, Taylor lets her bare feet his the floor, hoisting herself up and padding through the room, moving down the hall to the kitchen, the grin on her face getting wider as his soft humming becomes clearer the closer she gets.
"Morning!" She smiles as she enters the kitchen, walking over to him. He looks up at her from whatever he's cooking.
"More like afternoon love" He smirks, causing her smile to widen.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever." She laughs, winding her arms around his waist from behind, pressing her face into his back.
"Hungry?" He asks softly, she just nods, still waking up properly. Sometimes she wishes it could always be like this, just the two of them in their own little world. But slowly, as she wakes up more, she steps away from him to make coffee, but before she can get too far, he grabs her wrist, pulling her into him. She smiles as he presses his lips to the top of her head. "Welcome to the world." He murmurs, hugging her tightly. She digs her nails into his back in response, her heart feeling as though it may burst into a million butterflies. She'd always believed that the fluttery honeymoon feelings would go away eventually, but six years they're still very much there. She loves him, more than she could ever put into words.
"I love you" She mumbles into his shoulder.
"I know." He responds, causing her to laugh and look up at him.
"Dork." She shakes her head, grinning. He bends his down, pressing his lips to hers. The simple happiness of the whole situation almost makes her want to cry, but she doesn't, she just smiles at him, pecking his lips once more before moving away to finally make them both coffee.

Her hand in his as they walk down the street - snow lightly falling around them. She's obsessed with this weather, there's just something so magical about the snow - particularly here in London. There's just something about this place that feels so free. All of a sudden, she finds herself with words swirling around in her brain, so quickly she slips her hand out of Joe's and pulls her phone from her pocket, furiously typing away. She feels Joe's hand on her waist, leading her over to the side of the street, under the cover of a tree, stopping the snow from falling on them. There's never any rhyme or reason to when this happens, but she's so glad it still does. Her biggest fear is one day loosing these moments where she can just write freely - it's her favourite part of what she does.
She has no clue how long she stares down at her phone, happily typing away, but when she looks up she sees Joe has the biggest grin on her face.
"What?" She asks, smiling.
"Nothing, you're just cute." She looks down, heat rising to her cheeks. "What did you write?"
"A poem." She hands him her phone. She looks at his face as his eyes scan the screen, seeing his eyes almost softening as he takes in her words. When he's done, he looks up at her, smiling - the soft smile that made her fall in love with him in the first place.
"What a mind." He quickly presses his lips to her forehead. She grins, somehow that feels like the greatest compliment she could receive. It somehow astounds her that he seems to love every part of her - her mind included, and he always makes that so clear. There's never been any doubt. He slips her phone back into her pocket, before winding his arm around her and continuing their walk home. She leans her head into him for a brief moment, before uprighting herself so they can walk straight. He just manages to make her feel safe and calm in any situation, and she has no clue how. There's just something about him that radiates stability. Sure, they've had their fair share of difficult times - arguments, shut outs, and all that. But at the end of it all, they're always stronger. She knows that anything could happen to her and he'll be there for her at the end of it all - to hold her when she cries, or celebrate her achievements. And she'd do the same for him. All she wants from is to be loved, and he does that every single day - and he doesn't expect anything more from her either. They can just be themselves with one another, they don't have to hide their fears, or insecurities, or make themselves smaller to accomodate the other - they can just simply be.
"I really do love you." She murmurs, looking up at him as they walk, the snow getting a bit heavier now.
"I love you too, always." And because they're on some deserted side street, she pulls his face into hers, kissing him gently, her arms winding around his neck. As they break apart, they just look at each other, grinning for a moment. Every day she spends with him just solidifies the realisation that she's found her lifelong partner.
