Taylor and Joe had just reunited after two long weeks of Taylor travelling for meetings and interviews, Joe hadn't been able to go with her because of his commitments here in London. The further their relationship developed, the harder it's been for the two of them to seperate for so long. The separation is avoided as much as possible, but because of the nature of their jobs, times like these did happen occasionally and they hated when it did.

But they are back together now, laying cuddled up on the sofa, his arms wrapped firmly around her, her hand holding tightly onto his, her entire body melting into his warmth. Being reunited after so long is always the best feeling, being able to hold each other, kiss each other, comfort each other. The longing for all of that makes it all feel ten times more special when they get to be together again.

"I love you" Taylor murmurs, nuzzling her head closer into his body, wanting to soak up as much of him as she can.

"I love you too, god I missed you so much." Joe kisses the top of her head and she closes her eyes for a moment. She never could have imagined love being like this, not before him. Her heart literally aches to be with him whenever he's not around and her soul feels so full when they're together.

"I missed you more, I never wanna leave again." She feels his fingers twist comb through her hair and she sighs, enjoying the feeling.

"I know love, me neither." The couple fade back into a comfortable silence, neither of them needing to say anything but feel completely content in the moment.

They sit there for a while before Joe announces he needs the bathroom, reluctantly Taylor detangles herself from him and he quickly walks out of the room. She rubs her eyes, completely exhausted but wanting to stay up longer to enjoy this feeling with Joe. She stays sitting upright for a while before realising Joe had been gone longer than normal. She feels concern begin to seep into her mind so she stands up to go find him. As she makes it to the bathroom door, she knocks gently on it.

"Joe? You okay?" She asks softly through the door, she hears a strange gagging noise and the Joe call out,

"Yeah, I'm fine!" She furrows her eyebrows, knowing he's lying. She hears the sound again and her concern grows.

"I'm coming in!" She announces, pushing the door open slowly. She sees Joe sitting on the cold bathroom tiles, his face is extremely pale and he looks all sweaty.

"Oh Joe." She walks over to him, kneeling next to him and pushing his sweaty hair out of his face.

"What's wrong?" She asks him gently, rubbing his back.

"Mm I dunno, I just felt sick randomly and- " Joe gets cut off as he leans his head over the toilet, vomiting into it. He leans back, breathing heavily

"I'm sorry." He mumbles. Taylor sweeps his hair back off his face

"You don't have anything to be sorry for Joe, don't worry about it." She presses the back of her hand to his forehead, before pressing her lips to it.

"You don't feel warm, so you don't have a fever. It's probably food poisoning. Which unfortunately means there's nothing we can do until you stop throwing up." She says matter-of-factly, ready to play nurse with him for a while. Joe groans,

"It hurts." He moans, squeezing his eyes shut. She grabs his hand, squeezing it comfortingly

"I know" She gently kisses the back of his hand, "I wish there was something I could do." She lets go of his hand for a moment, walking over to the cupboard and pulling out a face cloth. She quickly wets it before sitting back down next to him. Taylor runs the cloth over the back of his neck a few times before holding it to his forehead. Joe rests his head on her shoulder, trying his best to get comfortable. She rubs his back, continuing to hold the cool, wet cloth to his head. She knew it wouldn't fix anything but she's hopeful it'll at least relieve some of the discomfort.
