"I'm proud of you." Taylor says to Joe,
"So, so proud." She stands on her toes to kiss him to which he happily complies, winding his arms around her waist. Joe had just gotten a role in the movie he'd auditioned for a few weeks ago. She knows how much he'd been stressing over it, even if he'd tried his best to hide it. When she pulls back, Joe has the hugest grin on his face and she can't help but smile back at him. God, she's so happy for him. Taylor rests her arms on his shoulders, clasping her hands loosely at the base of his neck.
"This is so exciting! When do you start filming and everything?"
"In a week, I have to fly to Majorca for two weeks and then production moves back here in London and apparently should finish on the 15th of December. I'm not too sure how many days I'll actually have to be there though." Taylor grins,
"I'm so happy for you! This is absolutely incredible!!" The two of them didn't stop smiling, or holding each other tight for the rest of the evening.

Taylor rubs her eyes and looks over at the illuminated clock on her bedside table. 3am. She looks over at Joe's sleeping body and smiles, she's really going to miss him. She won't see him for two weeks and she already knows it's going to be tough. She hasn't really said anything to him about it yet because she's so happy for him. She knows how much he wants this and she doesn't want to say anything that'll make it seem like she's not proud of him. Because she is. Taylor sighs, swinging her legs over the side of the bed, grabbing her phone and tip-toeing out of the room, gently shutting the door behind her before heading downstairs. Taylor runs her hands through her hair as she makes her way into the kitchen for a glass of water. She's pretty sure the stress of Joe leaving is what's kept her awake all night. She sits down, slowly sipping water and pulling out her phone to watch funny videos, trying to take her mind off it so she can fall asleep.
Taylor was sitting downstairs for about 20 minutes, lost in her phone when she hears footsteps come up behind her. She whirls around quickly before realising Joe was the person behind her and smiles at him.
"What are you doing?" He asks softly, sleep evident in his voice. Joe rubs his eyes before sitting down beside her, pulling her into his arms and burying his face into her neck. Taylor feels her body relax instantly, just by being in his arms. She sighs and lets her eyes flutter closed as she breathes him in, enjoying the feeling of his warm skin pressed up against hers.
"Come on...what's on your mind?" He murmurs against her neck before sitting up to look at her. Taylor offers him a small, tired smile.
"I just couldn't sleep." She looks down at her fingers for a moment before she sees Joe's hands grab her own, squeezing them gently. She looks back up at him and bites her lip, she can see he's waiting for her to continue, and tell him what's wrong.
"I'm going to miss you." Taylor whispers softly and Joe sighs, pulling her to his chest, holding her close.
"I'm gonna miss you too babe. Don't worry, I'll be back in two weeks. The time will fly by, I promise." He rubs her back and she slowly feels herself falling asleep against him, finally. She's focused on the fact that he's holding her now, rather than the fact that he'll be gone tomorrow. She feels Joe pick her up and she wraps her arms around his neck, burying her face in his chest as he walks back up the stairs. When they're both back in bed, their arms are firmly wrapped around each other.
                              ---------------------------
Two weeks had passed and Joe was due back any minute. Taylor was beyond excited to see him, she hadn't been able to contain herself all day. She hears a key turn in the door and she bolts to it, leaping at Joe, throwing her arms around his neck. She feels his arms wrap around her body and they hold each other close. Joe swings the door shut behind him with his foot and Taylor brings her lips to his, kissing him deeply. God, she'd missed him more ever.
"Two weeks was too long." Joe murmurs against her lips and she nods, kissing him fiercely. The two of them enjoy the kiss, tightening their arms around the other in an effort to make up for the bodily contact they'd so desperately missed over the past two weeks. When they pull back for air, Taylor grins at him.
"Welcome home." Joe runs his hand through her hair,
"I'm so glad to be back. I missed you." He says softly, pressing a quick kiss to her lips.
"I missed you too. I love you so much." Taylor can feel herself getting lost in his eyes,
                              "I love you too."
When they finally let go of each other, Taylor helps Joe get his luggage upstairs so they can unpack.
"How did it all go? Everything wrapped up okay?" Joe nods,
"Yeah, we're all set to begin doing some stuff here for two weeks but I'm not needed too much so things will be back to normal more or less." Taylor smiles at him,
"That's good. I'm so proud of you Joe." Joe looks at her, walking up to her and placing his hands on her waist.
"Oh yeah? Why's that?" Taylor shrugs
"I just am. You got this awesome role that I'm sure you've nailed and you haven't complained once about it, even though it must've been exhausting being on the go for two weeks straight. I just think you're pretty incredible." She can see a blush rise on Joe's cheeks and she smiles.
"I think you're pretty incredible too Taylor. And you know what? We have plenty of time to spend together now for a while, so I'm looking forward to that." Taylor leans up and kisses him gently,
"Me too." She murmurs, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him again, deeply. Joe walks them towards a wall and Taylor feels her back press up against it. Joe leans back for a moment and looks her in the eye.
"I love you so much." Taylor smiles at him, breathing heavily.
"I love you too...more than you'll ever know." They both share looks of complete and utter pure love before spending the rest of the afternoon reconnecting.
