Just some Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn one shots. Some are based off of actual events that happened, but the specific details are all pieced together in my imagination.

I want to start of by saying oh my god, NUMBER 1 IN TAYLORSWIFT?!?!?! This is so exciting!! Thank you to everyone who reads this!! I genuinely just write it for my own entertainment but I'm so happy you guys seem to like it!!
Taylor walks through the front door, exhausted after a long day filled with meetings. She kicks off her heels, breathing a sigh of relief that she's finally home. Over the past couple of weeks, she's slowly been forcing herself to eat more food, and honestly she's found herself having more energy to make it through her day. Joe's been keeping an eye on her, she knows he has. He hasn't openly come out and said anything about it since that initial conversation, but she's noticed that he doesn't ask her if she wants breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's aways just waiting there for her and he always sits with her until she's done, no matter how long it takes her, and never forcing her to finish it all. They both know it's about building herself back up slowly, she almost can't believe how supportive Joe has been with all of this, how much he cares. The more Taylor looks back on what she'd been doing for all these years, the more she can see how unhealthy it had been - realising just how much it had been affecting her everyday life. Just because she can see it, doesn't mean her recovery has been easy. She still looks at herself in the mirror and doesn't like what she sees, panicking when the numbers on the scale increase week-by-week, but she's getting there. It's probably a good thing that she isn't in the public eye at the moment, the world can't comment on something they're not witnessing.
As Taylor moves further into the apartment, a smile grows on her face when she realises Joe's cooking dinner. It's been his day off today, they would've easily just ordered in - but he'd taken the time to do this. She still can't quite get over how thoughtful he is. They haven't officially moved in together yet but Joe is with her most of the time, only leaving if he has to fly somewhere for his work. When Joe looks up, he has a huge grin on his face - clearly happy to see her.
"Hey babe! How was your day?" He asks, continuing to stir whatever it is he's cooking. Taylor pulls out one of the kitchen stools to sit across the counter from him.
"Long, tiring. I'm so glad to be home." She sighs, giving him a small smile as she holds her head up with her hands. Joe leaves his food for a moment, walking around the counter to press a kiss to her forehead. She feels so relaxed the moment his lips meet her skin, as he goes to pull away she brings him back in for a proper kiss - running her fingers through his hair.
"I'm glad you're home, I missed you today." Joe murmurs, quickly moving back to the stove. "The cats and I just lazed around here all day. Honestly, I only saw them once when they begged for food." Taylor laughs.
"That's all they do, every single day! If only we could be like that." As if on cue, Olivia enters the room meowing loudly. Taylor gets up to pick up her cat, scratching the little fluffy head gently. "Did you have a good day?" She coos at the cat. When Taylor finally pulls her attention away from the cat, she looks up to find Joe laughing at her - a bemused expression on his face.
