"We'll come back soon, I promise," Nanala said, as she hugged Clint.

"I'm holding you to that, Nala," He replied, letting go of the girl.

He waved at the woman and her son, before the two disappeared with a pop. In moments, the two were back in Wakanda. Nanala brought Henry to their hut to put all of his new things away. She also made sure he was dressed in a nice outfit. By the time they were ready, Nanala and Henry were met by Bucky at the entrance of their hut.

"Shuri sent me to get you two," He said, and Nanala nodded.

Henry quickly ran over to Bucky and wrapped his arms around Bucky's leg. Bucky ruffled the little boy's hair, before grabbing the boy's hand to lead him and his mother to where the party was being held.

Nanala had been shocked when she was met by T'Challa, before they were lead inside and she seen the entire room was full of people. It was like all of Wakanda had come around for the party. There were tables full fo gifts, and tables full of cupcakes, chips, cookies, and any other snacks Nanala could think of. There were also tables with finger foods, which would make it easy for the children to get their own food without making a big mess.

"I hope this is good," Shuri commented, and Nanala quickly nodded.

"Henry loves it," She replied, as she pointed to her son.

Henry was running around with the other children, and quite a few were around his age. He was laughing and having the time of his life. Bucky stayed near Nanala though, since he didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable at the party. He knew a lot of people could become uncomfortable seeing a man without an arm, especially one who use to be the Winter Soldier.

"C-can we talk?" Bucky asked, grabbing Nanala's attention.

"Sure, do you want to step out so there's less noise?" She asked, and he nodded.

He felt butterflies fill his stomach, and he grew uneasy with nerves, but he didn't back down. T'Challa told him exactly how to talk to the girl, and he was determined to do what T'Challa had informed him to do.

"What did you want to talk about?" Nanala asked, once she and Bucky were outside.

"I like you," He murmured, causing her to furrow her eyebrows.

"I like you, too, Bucky," She replied, making him frown.

"No, I have feelings for you, Nanala. I know you probably don't feel the same way, and I don't want you to feel like you have to have feelings for me, too. I know I can be a handful, and that I'm not that perfect, so you probably have an idea for a better guy. I don't blame you, but I really wanted to tell you that I like you. I've liked you for a while, and I asked T'Challa how to tell you, since it's been a long time since I talked to a girl and--" Bucky rambled, but Nanala quickly cut him off.

"Bucky," She said, causing him to go quiet and blush,"I like you, too. I've fancied you for a while, I just didn't want to spook you. I knew you were going through some things, and I knew you needed time to figure yourself out, so I didn't say anything. I truly do fancy you though, Bucky, and I am relieved that you feel the same," She explained, and Bucky smiled.

"We should take things slow. I haven't dated since the forties, and I know things are different now," He said, making her nod.

"We can start with little dates and see how it goes. If all goes well, we'll tell Henry," She replied, causing him to nod as well.

The two soon went back to the party, and Shuri smirked to herself. She gave her brother a look, and he simply smiled at her. The two were finally together, and the brother and sister couldn't be happier for them.

Soon, it was time for Henry to open presents. He sat down in front of everyone and opened the gifts carefully, thanking everyone as he opened them. After he opened each gift, he'd show his mother, before turning to Bucky.

"Look, Bucky! See what I got?!" He'd exclaim, and Bucky would give the boy a smile.

"That's awesome," He'd answer, causing Henry to smile again.

Nanala couldn't stop her heart from fluttering at the sight. Her son and Bucky were so connected, and she honestly couldn't be happier. She was glad that Henry had another guy in his life that seemed to care for him as much as she did. Yes, Clint and Laura loved him, but they were his grandparents. Bucky seemed to show Henry the love a father should, and that thought made Nanala's belly fill with butterflies.

Nanala hoped her and Bucky could be happy together, since he seemed to be the man that Nanala and Hennry needed in their lives. He was nice, caring, and brave. He helped them when they needed him, as they also did for him as well. He was understanding, and he took his time to understand Henry. When Henry would become too excited or he would get upset, Bucky would try and talk to him and understand what was making him that way.

Bucky was a good guy, and Nanala was glad she had met someone like him. If all worked out well, Nanala and Henry would have him in their lives forever. He would be the father Henry always needed, one he lost before he was ever born, and Nanala would get a man that loved her for who she was, and it wouldn't start as a fake relationship to make another girl jealous. She and Henry would finally be a man's number one priority, and that made her happy. No, she didn't need a man in her life to be happy, but to have one love her like she was the only girl in the world was definitely a plus...
