The moment you had locked the door and heard Hanks car leave you turned around only to be met with a smiling Nines. It was a Cheshire Cat smile. He looked dumb. But you knew why he was so happy.

"You good?" You asked Nines who nodded his head, rapidly.

"I am completely wonderful, Y/N, however I am sorry for interrupting you earlier. I just did it for your benefit." Nines explained as his smile dimmed a bit, but then became a very soft smile instead.

"It's fine, Nines. Thank you for helping me out... I had no idea what to say to him..." You admitted to Nines who stepped even closer to you, then brushed his fingers against your cheek. "You are welcome, I was happy to do it..." Nines told you, however you didn't miss the small smirk on his face.

"Only because you got to piss Connor off." You commented making his eyes widen, he knew you'd caught him out on that.

"No! I was happy to do it so that you were not stressed! Annoying RK800 was simply just a bonus..." Nines said as he mumbled the last part, before you could even think of something to say to him you felt his arms wrap themselves around you. "May we cuddle now? I have waited long enough."

"Oh fuck yeah, you owe me a lot of cuddles." You declared as you were lifted off of the ground, then Nines began to walk.

With your legs just dangling.

"It took them far too long to leave." Nines muttered as he continued to walk, you knew he was heading straight for the sofa. "Hey! They're still my friends you know!" You scolded Nines who let out a huff.

"So? The evening's are our time." Nines countered but this only made you make a confused face. "Nines... I hate to break it to you... but all day is our time at the moment." You giggled as you felt Nines stop, before he then manoeuvred the both of you to lay on the sofa.

"Exactly. All day would suggest the whole twenty four hours of the day, therefore the evenings are still our time." Nines commented, but to you he was just trying to be a massive smart ass.

"Really?"

"Yes really, all day means every hour of the day." Nines exclaimed as you lifted your head to look at him, he had a very serious look on his face. "You're impossible." You told him as he shook his head at you.

"No, I am just smart." Nines shrugged making you narrow your eyes at him.

"And extremely big headed apparently." You snorted as Nines's face became very offended, you couldn't help but find it hilarious. "You are very mean, after everything I have done for you tonight!" Nines yelled in an offended way, he was just setting himself up to be teased.

"Well, at first you just made a fool of yourself and then after you were just being as annoying as possible... which sometimes comes naturally to you." You teased as Nines became the one narrowing their eyes at the other, you couldn't help but laugh at him.

"Next time you can deal with RK800 yourself, I am not going to make myself look foolish for you again." Nines sulked as he turned his head to the side so he didn't have to look at you. "Aww, are we sulking like a baby now?" You asked in a teasing way as you pushed yourself up higher so your face was closer to his.

Nines didn't respond instead he just kept his face turned away from you.

You reached out a hand to his jaw and tried to twist his head around, but as he was an Android he refused to let his head be turned. And he would feel no pain from it.

"Don't be such a baby, Nines." You sang as you pushed your face closer to the side of his, your lips were now resting on his right cheek.

Again Nines didn't say anything he just let his little tantrum scowl stay on his face.
