Seher's eyes widened as she listened to him, and he couldn't help but chuckle at her reaction. "I know, I know, it might seem too soon, and perhaps I'm being a bit greedy. But it's entirely up to you. This house is yours, so whenever you're ready to move in, it's yours. It's just that whenever we're all here together, it feels like a true home. It feels like this place has a purpose, and I adore that feeling. Knowing that we've accepted our future together and that we're going to build a family, makes me eager to start that journey sooner. It's just my human nature being a bit impatient."

Seher gently cupped his face, her eyes overflowing with love as she responded, "You're right, Ian. Our future together is beautiful, but it's not a matter of rushing things. Our relationship has progressed at its own pace, but I want us to be the kind of couple who discusses everything before making big decisions. Love is crucial, but practicality is equally important. Couples who communicate openly about their desires, ambitions, and dreams are the ones who thrive. I adore living with you, and I'm excited about the future you envision for us. But I want us to have open communication before taking any major steps, especially because we have our daughter--"

Maximilian couldn't help but interrupt her with a groan, "You breathe life into me every time you say that, baby. Every time you refer to Meher as our daughter, it fills me with pride. It makes me want to shout from the rooftops that I'm her father. You have no idea how much it means to me, this sense of responsibility and belonging you've given me. It's like I've finally started living after 38 years."

Seher smiled tenderly, leaning in to kiss him softly, "It's true, she's our daughter. You've loved her just as deeply in the few months as I have in the past two and a half years. And no one deserves that love more than you. Meher is truly fortunate to have you in her life."

Maximilian audibly sighed with relief as Seher nestled closer to him, "You're right, Seher. We have to and we will discuss everything. Nothing will be left unresolved. We'll be open about our feelings, needs, and wants. If we hurt each other or get annoyed, we'll talk it out, apologize, and move forward. But for now, with no pressure on you, down the line, I want to ask if you'd consider moving in with me. What logistical discussions do you think we need to have, aside from how you'll manage the cafe and living here?"

Seher smiled at him, "Yes, that's one thing. The distance from the cafe might seem far, but considering you navigate daily, I don't think it'll be a big issue. And since both of us work in the city, Meher's school won't be a problem either."

Maximilian grinned goofily at this, "I feel like a teenage girl flipping through glossy magazines, giddy and all, just thinking about the future" Seher giggled, "Alright, Nancy, settle down," prompting a playful scowl from Maximilian as he swiftly spanked her ass, again.

Seher exclaimed in surprise, "You're getting quite comfortable with that, mister." Maximilian winked, "But you love it, baby," drawing a lovely blush from her.

A few moments later, Seher asked softly, "Do you envision having a child, Ian?" Confused, he replied, "But we already have Meher, sweetheart." Seher shook her head gently, clarifying, "I mean biologically yours." Maximilian sternly asserted, "Meher is mine," and she smiled back, "I meant more children. Can you see us expanding our family someday?"

Maximilian remained silent for a whole minute, causing Seher's nervousness to escalate with each passing second, fearing she had broached a topic he was uncomfortable with. Just as she was about to retract the question, he turned to her and began, "Seher, six months ago, if someone had told me I'd be lying here in bed with the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, who would become the light of my life, without whom I couldn't imagine surviving, I would have laughed in their face. And if they had added that next to my room would be a rainbow-colored nursery, and I'd have a purple play area in my backyard and colorful cutlery in my kitchen, I'd have thought they belonged in a mental institution. Because never in my wildest dreams did I imagine this reality."
