"I CAN'T believe I have improved my quirk!" the greenette exclaimed, flexing both his fist. Beside him was Kacchan who's just listening to him. "I really thought I wouldn't be able to control it, I mean I've been breaking my bones all the time whenever I use it!"

"Yeah, because you're a dumbass nerd," Kacchan snorted, shaking his head in amusement when Izuku pouted at him. "You're always going all out with your quirk and you're a dumbass because you always move without even thinking it thoroughly. Smart ass for nothing nerd..."

"Kacchan that's mean..."

"What's mean? That it takes a lot of time for you to improve your quirk because you're a dumbass?" Kacchan smirked, crossing his arms in his chest rather smugly.

"Hey, you're hurting my feelings here..."

"Yeah? Good, suffer..."

"Kacchan—!"

"Midoriya," Izuku turned to the voice that called him. He smiled at the boy with white and red hair approaching him. "Everyone was looking for you."

"Todoroki!" he greeted, smiling wide as he sheepishly looked sideways. "I'm sorry, I was with Kacchan."

Todoroki tilted his head to the side. "Kacchan? Who's Kacchan?" he asked. "Is he your best friend you're talking about?"

Izuku beamed. "Ah, yes! He's with me!" he said, happily clapping his hands, making Todoroki blink curiously. Then he turned to where Kacchan is supposed to be. "Kacchan! Meet Todoro....ki...? Kacchan?"

Kacchan was nowhere to be found yet again, he vanished into the thin air as if he have teleportation or invisibility quirk. Izuku frowned, trying to look around to find Kacchan but he failed miserably when he noticed no blonde was standing there. He was gone again, like the last time he tried to introduce Kacchan to his friend Uraraka or to introduce him to All Might.

For some reason, he felt a pang in his chest.

"Midoriya?" Todoroki cocked a confused brow at him, as he also tried to look for whatever the greenette was looking for. Izuku then turned to Todoroki with a forced smile that made Todoroki frown with worry.

"Ah, it's nothing. I'll just introduce Kacchan to you next time," he said, still forcing the smile on his face. He then started to walk away, Todoroki reluctantly trailing behind him. "Where are the others?"

Todoroki, looked back to the spot where Izuku was, talking in the air, earlier. Then shrug and lead the way. There's nothing wrong in having an imaginary friend, Todoroki thought.

IT WAS a chilly weekend night outside. Izuku was with Kacchan, in the Ground Beta. They decided to meet up here before the curfew because apparently, Kacchan has something to say. Izuku has also something to say to the blonde and he was getting nervous because he was planning to confess.

He have no idea what the blonde wanted to say, he just told Izuku to meet up in the Ground Beta. When he got there, he saw the blonde at the entrance, in his usual UA uniform, hands inside his pants pockets.

When they meet eyes, Kacchan had averted his gaze turning to the side and going inside the grounds. Izuku frowned at that, Kacchan's expression was unreadable and Izuku hated that but he shrugged it off to follow the blonde entering a building.

They climb all the way up to the fifth floor. Izuku had asked Kacchan what he wanted to talk about but the latter didn't answer. When they reached the rooftop, Kacchan walked towards the barricaded ledge.
