"And finally, Mr Bakugou, there have been some rumours recently about you having a friend that attends UA, are these true?"

"They are, in fact, I'll be picking them up tomorrow."

"Any specific reason?"

"Our parents are having a get together with some old university friends."

"Ooh, that sounds lovely. Thank you for your time. Everyone, Mr Katsuki Bakugou."

-----

"Have you heard that the Katsuki Bakugou is coming to pick up his friend today?" Kirishima said. Izuku looked up. He had seen Kacchan's interview yesterday, but he hadn't expected people to gossip about it… Especially not when they were changing.

"Yeah, Lemon Shot from 2-B says it's her." Sero added. This made Izuku confused; why were people lying about this? Sure Kacchan was famous, but really?

"Really?" Kaminari buzzed. "Oh, that's so cool."

Shoto nudged him, and gave him a look.

"I'm fine, Sho." He whispered.

"Could always prove them wrong." Shoto whispered back.

"Maybe…"

They followed the other boys back to class and took their seats at the front. They didn't really have friends, but they had each other, and that was enough for them.

"So, what car is he bringing?" Shoto asked. "The Ferrari?"

"Range Rover."

"What why?" He looked taken aback. Izuku shook his head.

"I don't want to make a scene, Sho. That's why he'll be parked at the back."

"The back?" Shoto whisper-shouted at him.

"Yes, Sho, at the back."

"Do you not want to prove her wrong?"

"I want to go see my mother. And Kacchan's parents."

"But why?" He whined.

"You've been spending too much time with Touya and Kacchan."

"You're changing the subject."

"I'm trying to get you to stop annoying me."

"It's not working."

"Oh I know."

"Alright class." They looked towards Aizawa-sensei, who now stood at the front. "The lesson has finished, you can go to lunch now." Everyone left, happy and talking in their little groups. Shoto and Izuku headed to their usual table in the back corner. Shinsou already sat there, waiting for them.

"Hey Toshi." Izuku greeted. The purple-haired boy turned.

"Hey Izu, hey Sho."

"Hello."

They sat in silence for a few minutes, all focusing on eating. For once, however, Shoto was the first to speak:

"Hey Toshi, you know how Kat is picking up Izu today?"

"Yeah?"

"Well some girl in 2-C says that he's coming for her, and I think Izuku should prove her wrong."

"Understandable." Hitoshi nodded.

"Not you too." Izuku groaned.

"But he won't." Shoto finished, gesturing to the greenette hiding behind his hand.
