Seokjin had been home for exactly 24 hours when he found himself back on stage. It had been a daunting but exciting task as he kept his promise to ARMY that he would be there for the FESTA, though none of the fans knew exactly how much he had planned in the visits to the company and messages to their managers, team, staff, etc.

It had been an utter whirlwind of being discharged, seeing the press waiting for him, for his brothers to be waiting for him, for Grace to be waiting for him and then it had been dinner, get changed, and head to work. There wasn't a minute to lose in preparing for his 'Welcome Home' mini show and while the military had demanded the others' time, he knew Grace would be around somewhere.

She had been adamant that she wouldn't be involved - that this was his performance, that this was his coming home performance, that this was his chance to do what he wanted to do for ARMY, for himself and for him to simply be Jin, rather than Seokjin. That didn't mean she wasn't going to support him but as the two of them had learned, they couldn't keep holding the hands of the others as they went through their stages, performances and solo career.

The sound of ARMY was unmistakable and the noise resonated around the stadium, their excitement of being able to hug their idol after so long. It was a rare chance for some, to be up close and personal to an idol and Seokjin knew better than some that some fans were going to take this moment to try and get even closer.

Each hug was different - short but sweet, sometimes two squeezes, sometimes one. Of course, there was one who took more advantage but he couldn't let his discomfort show too much when he knew cameras would be on him. And finally the last one was in his arms then gone again.

"Is that it?" Seokjin asked, looking puzzled as to how quickly it had gone and that there was no one there left. Even the staff looked puzzled as to how quickly everyone had come and gone and there were some whispers, even when he stood there on stage looking a bit bewildered that the hug event had been over and done with.

"Seokjin-ah," a drawled voice came over the speakers from the microphone. Definitely female, but deeper which seemed to be intentional. Whoever it was, they were using Jimin and Jungkook's Busan satoori that they often used especially Jungkook with his playful 'Jimin-shi.'

"Did you forget about me?"

The immediate reaction was a bit of fear. Who could be calling him out like that? Especially in that accent, in that deep voice.

Even fans were whispering.

But the whispers soon changed to screams and cheers, every ARMY BOMB up in the air as the voice revealed themselves from the side of the stage.

She had been utterly late to the start of the event and meetings that should have finished to allow her to arrive within time had delayed her by two hours, meaning she had arrived just as a handful of ARMY were left on stage to hug Jin. A plan had been put into motion over a text message and a member of staff had handed her a microphone the moment she got towards the back of the stage.

Grace walked out, dressed casually, and went to where the line of huggers had been only moments before. The member of staff who she had been texting playfully checked the ticket, checked off her name and for the third time in twenty four hours, Grace was in Jin's arms.

Even with the crowd, even with the cameras, even with the knowledge that this moment would be all over the news and the internet - Seokjin didn't care. He was finally home with his heart in his arms, the biggest supporters in the room and with his brothers waiting to join them as soon as they could.

It was nice to finally be home.
