Snowbound Bonds (Jungkook)

The cameras were rolling as the members of BTS stood in a snowy clearing, bundled up in thick jackets, scarves, and gloves. The director explained the rules of their winter-themed Run BTS episode: a survival challenge in the wilderness. They would split into teams, complete tasks to earn points, and build a shelter to weather an imaginary snowstorm.

"Survival of the fittest!" Jungkook declared, clapping his hands together and grinning with competitive energy.

"More like survival of the luckiest," Suga muttered, pulling his hood tighter over his ears.

The members laughed as they divided into teams. Jungkook, Jimin, and V grouped together, while Jin, RM, Suga, and J-Hope formed the opposing team. The producers handed out maps and checklists, and the game began.

Jungkook's team dashed into the snowy forest, their breath puffing out in visible clouds as they raced to complete their first task: collecting firewood. Jungkook moved with his usual energy, bounding ahead of Jimin and V.

"Jungkook, slow down! You're going to burn out before we even finish the first task," Jimin called.

"I'm fine!" Jungkook shouted over his shoulder, darting between the trees. He grabbed a bundle of twigs and small logs, piling them into his arms. "We're winning this!"

Jimin and V exchanged a look. "He's too competitive for his own good," V sighed.

They caught up with him as he stood on the bank of a frozen stream. A narrow path of rocks formed a precarious crossing to the other side, where more firewood was scattered.

"I'll get it!" Jungkook said, stepping onto the rocks before either Jimin or V could stop him.

"Wait, it's slippery!" V warned, but Jungkook was already halfway across, his arms loaded with wood. His boots skidded on the icy surface of a rock, and he flailed for balance. The next moment, he plunged sideways into the icy water with a loud splash.

"Jungkook!" Jimin screamed, rushing forward as V scrambled to the edge of the stream.

Jungkook surfaced with a gasp, his teeth already chattering. The icy water clung to his clothes, and his arms shook as he gripped the edge of the bank. Jimin and V hauled him out, their gloves soaking as they helped him back onto dry ground.

"You okay?" Jimin asked, his voice high with worry.

"Yeah," Jungkook said, shivering violently. "It's... it's just a little cold."

"Little?" V exclaimed. "You're drenched, Kookie!"

Jungkook waved him off. "We can't waste time. Let's keep going."

Jimin frowned, glancing at V. "Should we call the staff?"

"No need!" Jungkook insisted, his voice tight but still determined. "We're fine. Let's finish the challenge."

Reluctantly, Jimin and V followed as Jungkook trudged forward. They completed the firewood task, but Jungkook's pace slowed. His soaked clothes clung to his body, and his face grew paler with each passing minute.

When the three returned to the central clearing, the other team was already there, chatting and laughing around a makeshift shelter.

"Back so soon?" Jin teased. "We're ahead of you already."

Jungkook barely acknowledged him, his focus on not tripping over his own feet as he walked. His breathing was shallow, and his lips had taken on a faint bluish tint.

"Jungkook?" RM called, noticing his unsteady gait. "Are you okay?"

"Of course," Jungkook said, though his words slurred slightly. He dropped the firewood onto the pile and tried to straighten up, but his legs wobbled.
