The crowd's energy was electric as THE BOYZ took their positions on stage. Lightsticks lit up the arena like stars in a galaxy, and the opening notes of their latest title track echoed throughout the space. Younghoon felt his chest tighten—not from nerves but from something he'd learned to anticipate and ignore over the years.

His vision flickered for a moment as he performed the opening move of the choreography, but he shook it off. Not now, he thought.

The stage was filled with movement, each member weaving in and out of their formations with perfect precision. The crowd screamed in delight, their cheers fueling the adrenaline rushing through Younghoon. But beneath the rush, a familiar unease began to creep in. His limbs tingled, and his head felt oddly light.

It was the third song in the setlist, a fast-paced performance filled with sharp turns and dramatic movements. Younghoon had practiced tirelessly to perfect his part, determined to give the fans a flawless show. Yet, as the bright stage lights pulsed and the fog machines hissed, he felt the world around him begin to blur.

The song transitioned into a solo part for Juyeon, and the rest of the group moved to the sides of the stage. Younghoon took a deep breath, trying to focus. But as he glanced up at the spinning spotlights, his stomach churned, and the edges of his vision darkened.

He staggered slightly, catching the attention of Hyunjae, who was closest to him.

"Are you okay?" Hyunjae mouthed, his brow furrowed with concern.

Younghoon nodded quickly, plastering on a smile, but he avoided Hyunjae's gaze. Just a few more minutes, he told himself.

But his body had other plans.

As the chorus swelled, Younghoon took his position in the center. He raised his arms for the dramatic finale pose, but instead of feeling the solid ground beneath him, he felt his knees give way.

He crumpled to the stage, his body convulsing as the seizure took hold. The music blared on, and the crowd's cheers grew louder, initially mistaking the fall for part of the choreography.

Hyunjae was the first to notice something was wrong. He rushed to Younghoon's side, his face pale as he saw his friend's body shaking uncontrollably.

"Younghoon-hyung! Hyung!" he called, his voice cutting through the booming speakers.

The other members froze mid-dance, their heads snapping toward the scene. Sangyeon immediately signaled to the staff, his hand slicing through the air as he shouted for the music to stop.

The stage fell into an eerie silence, broken only by the murmurs of the confused audience and the frantic voices of the members.

"What's happening to him?" Jacob asked, his voice trembling as he crouched beside Younghoon.

"I don't know," Hyunjae replied, his hands hovering uselessly over Younghoon's convulsing form. "He just...collapsed."

Sangyeon took control, his leadership instincts kicking in. "Clear the area. Give him space," he commanded, waving the other members back. "Sunwoo, get a medic. Now!"

Sunwoo bolted offstage, his heart pounding as he screamed for help. Meanwhile, Juyeon and Hyunjae worked together to shield Younghoon from the crowd's view, their tall frames blocking the cameras.

Erics's hands trembled as he gently turned Younghoon onto his side, following basic first-aid steps he'd read about somewhere. "He's seizing," he whispered, his voice cracking.

"How do you know?" Kevin asked, his face pale as he knelt beside them.

"I just...know. We need to wait it out."

After what felt like an eternity, Younghoon's body stilled. His chest rose and fell rapidly, his face pale and damp with sweat. Slowly, his eyes fluttered open, and he was met with the anxious faces of his members.

"Younghoon?" Sangyeon's voice was gentle but firm. "Can you hear me?"

Younghoon blinked, his gaze unfocused. "I'm...sorry," he murmured, his voice barely audible.

"For what?" Hyunjae asked, his brow furrowing.

"For not telling you," Younghoon admitted weakly. "I...have epilepsy."

The words hung in the air, heavy and shocking.

"You...what?" JuHaknyeon stammered, his eyes wide.

"I didn't want to worry you guys," Younghoon continued, tears pooling in his eyes. "It doesn't happen often, and I thought I could handle it. I didn't think it would happen on stage."

Sangyeon exhaled sharply, running a hand through his hair. "Younghoon, you should have told us. We could have helped you."

"I know," Younghoon whispered, guilt etched into his features.

The staff arrived with a stretcher, and despite Younghoon's protests, the members insisted he be carried backstage.

In the green room, the medic checked his vitals and confirmed he was stable. "He needs rest and monitoring for the next 24 hours," the medic advised. "Epileptic seizures can be triggered by stress, fatigue, or sensory overload—like stage lights and loud music. Make sure he avoids those triggers for now."

Younghoon nodded weakly, too drained to argue. His limbs felt like lead, and a throbbing headache pulsed behind his eyes.

The members hovered around him like anxious parents. Hyunjae handed him a water bottle, while Jacob gently draped a blanket over his shoulders.

"You scared us," Sunwoo said softly, his usual playful tone replaced with raw emotion.

"I'm sorry," Younghoon said again, his voice cracking.

"Stop apologizing," Sangyeon said firmly. "We're just glad you're okay."

Back at the hotel, Younghoon lay in bed, propped up by a mountain of pillows. The members had insisted on staying with him, taking turns to check his temperature and ensure he was comfortable.

"Do you need anything?" Eric asked for the tenth time, holding up a tray of snacks.

Younghoon chuckled weakly. "No, I'm fine. Really."

"You're not fine," Kevin said gently. "And that's okay. Just let us take care of you."

Younghoon's eyes welled up with tears. "I didn't tell you because...I didn't want to seem weak. I didn't want to be a burden."

"You're not a burden," Juyeon said firmly. "You're our brother. We'd rather know and help you than see you suffer alone."

Younghoon nodded, his throat tight with emotion. For the first time in years, he felt a weight lift from his shoulders.

The next day, THE BOYZ posted a message to their fans, explaining that Younghoon had experienced a medical emergency but was recovering well.

The fans' response was overwhelming. Messages of love and support flooded their social media, with fans commending Younghoon for his strength and resilience.

As the group prepared for their next schedule, Younghoon felt a newfound sense of relief. He no longer had to hide his condition, and he knew his members would always have his back.

And as he stood on stage once more, he felt a sense of peace. No matter what challenges lay ahead, he wasn't alone.
