Yoshi had always been the one who would stand quietly in the background. While the other members of TREASURE joked around, shared stories, or played pranks, Yoshi was the one who often stayed on the sidelines. He was known for his precise rap delivery and his skills as the main dancer, but those closest to him knew there was more beneath his composed exterior. His members had seen him laugh and smile, but they had never seen the inner turmoil he faced—until now.

It wasn't like Yoshi wanted to hide the pain. He wasn't trying to push his friends away, but he had a habit of bottling everything up. He had always been the type to bury his worries deep inside, dealing with things on his own. Yet, deep down, Yoshi knew he was struggling. He just didn't know how to talk about it.

The mirror in front of him reflected someone who looked so different from the image he tried to project. He stared at his reflection, his eyes tracing the lines of his face, the way his body felt beneath his clothes. He wasn't short by any means, but in the world of idols, height was one of the first things people noticed. And his body wasn't as sharp, as lean, as the others. He didn't have that perfect V-shape in his torso. His stomach had a softness he hated. His face, despite being undeniably handsome, wasn't what he thought it should be. His cheeks were rounder, and his jawline wasn't as defined as he imagined it would be.

All those little imperfections that no one seemed to notice became magnified in his eyes. Every time he walked past a mirror, or worse, caught a glimpse of himself on camera, all he could think was, I'm not enough.

But Yoshi never said it out loud. He couldn't. It wasn't just about how he looked—it was about how he felt inside. He had always been in the background, content to let his music and dancing speak for him. But the more time passed, the more he felt disconnected from who he wanted to be, from who he felt like he should be.

That day, after a particularly gruelling rehearsal, Yoshi found himself retreating to his room earlier than usual. His mind was spinning from the pressure—pressure to be better, to be perfect, to not fall short of expectations. There had been a lot of talk lately about the group's upcoming comeback, and with it, the inevitable comparisons. He knew his members didn't mean anything by it, but each comment, each critique, each tiny bit of attention they gave to their appearances made him feel like he was being scrutinized under a magnifying glass. And he hated it.

As he sat on his bed, the silence around him felt suffocating. He stared at his phone, scrolling aimlessly through social media to pass the time. But each image, each comment, only added to the pressure. Look at how perfect they are. Why don't you look like that? Why do you always look so... tired?

His breathing grew shallow as his thoughts spiraled. He placed his phone down and looked at his reflection in the mirror again, his eyes welling up with tears. He hated himself for feeling this way. He hated that he couldn't control the self-doubt that flooded his mind. He squeezed his eyes shut and forced himself to breathe, but the tightness in his chest wouldn't go away.

Meanwhile, the other members were finishing up their practice for the day, laughing and joking as they always did. The atmosphere was light, but there was an underlying tension they all felt about the upcoming comeback. Everyone was working so hard, and it was clear that it was starting to weigh on them. But even then, no one expected Yoshi to be struggling. He had always been so strong, so reliable. He never showed any signs of faltering.

"Where's Yoshi?" Jihoon asked, turning to Jungwoo as they packed up their bags. "He was just here a minute ago, right?"

Jungwoo frowned, glancing around. "I haven't seen him leave... maybe he went to the practice room?"

But after a quick look around, they realized Yoshi was nowhere to be found. His absence felt out of place, especially since he was always the first to stick around after practice to go over his lines or rehearse his moves.

"Let's check on him," Hyunsuk said, his voice laced with concern. "It's not like him to leave so suddenly."

When Hyunsuk arrived at Yoshi's room, he knocked gently on the door. There was no response. He knocked again, this time a little louder, and still nothing. His worry grew as he slowly pushed the door open, stepping inside. Yoshi was sitting in front of the mirror, his head down, his hands trembling slightly. His eyes were fixed on his own reflection, but he didn't move when Hyunsuk entered.

"Yoshi?" Hyunsuk's voice was soft, but it carried the warmth of concern. "Are you okay?"

Yoshi blinked, startled by the voice, and slowly turned his head to face Hyunsuk. His eyes were red, and his face looked strained, like he had been holding something back for too long. For a moment, he didn't say anything. His lips parted, but the words didn't come out.

"I'm fine," Yoshi finally muttered, his voice barely above a whisper.

Hyunsuk raised an eyebrow. "Yoshi... I know you. You're not fine."

Yoshi looked away, his eyes flickering back to his reflection. He didn't want to admit what he was feeling. He didn't want to burden anyone with his struggles. But Hyunsuk wouldn't let it go. He gently took a step closer, sitting beside Yoshi on the edge of the bed.

"What's going on?" Hyunsuk asked softly, his voice filled with understanding. "You don't have to hide it. You don't have to keep this all to yourself."

Yoshi shook his head, his eyes brimming with unshed tears. "I just... I feel like I'm not good enough. Like I'm not... like the others. Like I'm not enough to be here. To be a part of this."

Hyunsuk's heart sank as Yoshi's words hit him like a punch to the chest. He had no idea that Yoshi had been carrying this burden on his own for so long. He could see the pain in his eyes, the exhaustion written across his face. Yoshi wasn't just struggling with his body image—he was struggling with his worth, his place in the group, and the pressure to constantly meet expectations.

"You are more than enough, Yoshi," Hyunsuk said, his voice firm and reassuring. "You are exactly who you're meant to be. You don't have to compare yourself to anyone else. We love you for who you are—just you, Yoshi."

Yoshi's breath hitched in his throat as the words sank in. He closed his eyes, letting the warmth of Hyunsuk's reassurance wash over him. The tears that he had been holding back for so long finally spilled over, and he let them fall, his body trembling with the release of emotions he hadn't known how to express.

"I don't know how to fix it," Yoshi whispered, his voice cracking. "I don't know how to stop feeling this way."

Hyunsuk pulled him into a hug, holding him tightly as Yoshi cried. "You don't have to fix anything, Yoshi. We'll be here with you every step of the way."

It wasn't long before the other members started to trickle in, drawn by the sound of Yoshi's soft sobs. They didn't know exactly what was going on, but they could feel the heaviness in the air. They had always known Yoshi to be quiet, to keep things inside, but seeing him like this was something they weren't prepared for.

Jihoon, who had always been the most perceptive, walked over and sat next to Hyunsuk, his eyes filled with concern. "What happened?"

"He's been struggling with a lot," Hyunsuk explained, his voice steady but full of emotion. "With himself. With how he looks. He feels like he's not enough, that he doesn't measure up to expectations. But that's not true. Yoshi's more than enough. We all love him for who he is."

The others nodded, their faces softening with empathy. It hurt to see their friend in so much pain, but they knew this was a turning point. Yoshi didn't have to hide anymore. They would help him through this, just like they always did.

For the next few days, the members made sure Yoshi knew he wasn't alone. They supported him through the emotional struggle, comforting him when the thoughts got too loud, encouraging him to speak up when he needed to. Slowly, Yoshi began to open up more about his insecurities. They didn't solve everything overnight, but he felt lighter. He felt like he could breathe again, knowing his members were there, standing beside him.

Yoshi had always been strong. But he learned that it was okay to let down the walls sometimes. It was okay to be vulnerable. And he learned that no matter how many flaws he thought he had, he was perfect just the way he was.

And with the love and understanding of his group, Yoshi began to find peace, one step at a time.
