Addison was the only one sitting at the front of the lecture hall during Galante class. It's not like she wasn't used to it, sometimes Jordan wouldn't even join her.
But today he did.
"Oi, you just interrogated him like that last night!" Addison hissed as soon as the redhead. "Why?!"
Jordan shrugged. "I dunno. Seemed necessary."
Galante shuffled in just then and went to the front table. The glance he gave the two of them didn't go unnoticed.
"Yeah, I think he's onto us..." Jordan sighed.
"Not us, just you," Addison pointed at him. "Yeah, you're in trouble, Capelli Rossi."
Jordan groaned and expected the worst.
The worst did not come since Galante merely carried on with his class like he usually would and had them do an essay. But then he suddenly made a beeline for them.
"Doing your essay?" Galante asked, seeing how Jordan was holding his phone instead.
Jordan immediately put the phone down and started rummaging in his laptop for the essay rubrics.

Addison somehow got a coupon for Sundeer because of how much she buys there, thanks to Jordan, and decided to drop by to get the most expensive drink since it was free anyway. Though she had to use the app for it...
By the time she came up, Jordan was already done with her drink, this time her name spelled correctly since it was printed from the system.
"Was a little surprised to see your name pop up," Jordan said when she collected her cup. "Is it even good? I didn't know you like frappes."
Addison chuckled. "Sounded good, and it was free after all."
Jordan shrugged. "Well, enjoy your drink."
"Yeah, right back atcha," Addison motioned towards his iced cocoa and ran off to the bus stop.
Soon, she was at Spine Street, marching up to the shop she worked at. Jeff was behind the counter, his eyes practically glued to the cup of frappe that she brought in.
"Let me guess, Hoodie is grumpy again?" Jeff smirked. "What now? He abandoned you guys and fled the country?"
Addison snorted. "Nah. I just got a free coupon for Sundeer. Apparently, I bought so much that I've been promoted to a platinum member."
Jeff burst into laughter at that. "Platinum member? Is that how many times Jordan has thrown a tantrum? Man, he should be sent to a daycare at this point."
"No, I sometimes get myself drinks between classes as well," Addison sighed. "They have a discount for students."
"Oh..." Jeff nodded slowly. "Alright. How's that dude now, by the way?"
Addison smirked as she went around the shop, juggling a chocolate lava cake, a pack of egg sandwiches, and a carton of oat milk. "He's fine, but there's a funny story that's happening."
Jeff smirked, leaning forward eagerly. "Oh, do tell."
She explained to him about Giuseppe appearing in the local weather news, looking the definition of suspicious, and how Jordan interrogated him for it. Jeff nodded silently as he scanned whatever she took.
"So yeah, now it looks like Galante is the Superhero," Addison said, taking her card out to pay. "Or at least, talks of it are circulating."
"Fascinating," Jeff smirked mysteriously. "Anyway, what's the redhead been up to?"
Addison shrugged, taking her things over to the table. "He's cooled off, I guess. He's not grumpy and he's kinda back to normal."
Jeff snorted. "Dude's got mood swings."
"Tell me about it," Addison sighed, ripping open her packet of egg sandwiches. "Also, how's college for you? Any assignments?"
Jeff shrugged. "Had one due last night. I handed it in, but then there's this dude in my class that is still working on it." He sat himself on the stool and leaned forward on the counter. "Apparently, I'm his therapist and he comes to me to pour out his mental strains."
"Darn..." Addison's eyes widened slightly as she nibbled on her sandwich. "That's me too. So what's his problem?"
"Something about family issues," Jeff said. "He's not telling me much of that, just says whatever he's going through. Honestly, I have no clue how to help him. I just ask him to get professional help."
Addison nodded approvingly. "Good. Trying to be the therapist also puts a strain on you. Trust me, I know since I've been there as well. Is he getting help?"
"I have no idea, seems like he isn't though," Jeff sighed as he leaned back. "But yes, it's taking a toll on him and it's reflecting in his assignments."
"Darn," Addison shook her head. "But just know that you can't do much to help him besides just supporting him, okay? You're not a professional yourself."
Jeff smiled slightly as he nodded. "I know that. Being the therapist before taught me that. Though this guy has his boundaries unlike my other friend."
Addison snorted. "I had a friend like that. Only came to me when she had mental problems, disappears as soon as she gets better."
"Now that's just bad, she ain't even your friend at that point," Jeff pointed out. "She's your patient."
"You're right," Addison chuckled. "Should have charged her for it."
"You would've gotten so rich by now," Jeff sighed. "Same with me."

When Addison arrived home, she spotted Giuseppe unboxing something in the living room. Addison went straight upstairs while Jake decided to investigate. Apparently, it was some stuff he bought for his sister, Addison heard that much. She shrugged to herself and went up to her room to freshen up and have dinner.
This time, she made her own dinner with fried eggs, a readymade sausage that she got from the shop, fried potatoes, and some sliced and toasted tomatoes. Her mouth watered at the sight and she spoke to her family while eating.
"So what was he doing again?" Madison asked, ripping open a small pack of chips. "Like what's his reason for running around live a telecast like that?"
Addison shrugged, tearing off a piece of egg with her fork. "I don't know. He says he just dropped his wallet."
"But what was he doing there?" Edgar prodded.
"Like I know," Addison snorted. "Anyway, where's Mom and Dad? It's always you guys taking the phone."
"Yeah, because we miss you," Madison pouted. "It's boring without you. When's your semester even ending?"
Addison sighed. "Next month. I'll stay for a whole month."
"Excellent," Edgar grinned. "By the way, whatchu eating?"
Addison chuckled and brought the phone to her plate. "Eggs, potatoes, some sausage and a tomato. I made it with the cooker I got." She turned the phone to the cooker. "Neat, right?"
"So someone's finally eating healthy," Madison chuckled. "Anyway, don't you like have class with Galante or something?"
"I do," Addison sighed. "Way to remind me."
