Chapter 18 - Holly

*Holly's pov*

I was shocked when Jess told me she was moving down to South Wales. I was scared too. She'd found a new girl that she's fallen in love with. I was scared if this girl was gonna be like Kira, but most of all I was scared Jess was gonna forget me. Jess sounded so hurt when I told her this. She told me that she couldn't have her new girl yet, this means they were close, I could tell by the way Jess talked about her, so for now she was gonna be Jess' new best friend, and I was jealous. I already had to share Jess with Claire and the rest of the band and we hadn't had any alone time together for ages.

Jess gave me the address and invited me down when ever I wanted to come. Now. Was the first thing I thought of. I wanted to be part of the action. I wanted to know who this girl is and what her name is. I only realised I didn't know what her name was until I was half way there.

I got to Jess' place at about 5:30ish and Jess wasn't there so I went round to the other address that Jess gave me. It was that girl's address. I knocked on the door after hesitating.

"Hi Holly." This girl who is between 14 and 16 years old. She knew my name... That's strange

"Hi I was looking for someone called Jessica, she said she would be at this address." I explained to the girl.

"Hols, I'm coming!" I heard Jess shout and I couldn't help but smile, I'd missed her so much! The girl just stood there wither her mouth open as if she couldn't believe it was me.

"Jackson! I've missed you sooo much! Have you missed your mummy?" Jess asked as she pulled Jackson out of my arms. Their relationship is to cute! He is literally Jess' child although he is a dog.

"Good to see you too babe." I said sarcastically

"It's wonderful to see you babe." Jess replied and I couldn't help but smile, "Thanks for bringing Jackson down with you. He wasn't sick in the car was he?" I could see the worry in her eyes, I only just noticed that her eyes were a bit red and puffier than usual, I'll ask her later though

"No, he slept all the way here. He was kinda pissed off when I woke him up to see you." Jess laughed

"That sounds like him. By the way, this is Emma, you know the girl I was telling you about?" Jess explained and I felt my jaw drop, but I quickly smiled and pulled her... Emma into a hug. This girl? She's like 10 years younger than Jess. I don't understand, why would Jess fall for her?

"Nice to meet you. I've heard so much about you." I told Emma as we pulled away from the hug and saw Jess blush

"Really?" Emma asked clutching her ribs like she was hurt. Did I really hug her that hard?

"Yeah... Are you okay?" I asked getting worried

"Yeah I'm fine, thanks for asking." Emma smiled. I hope we can be friends for Jess' sake, she seems nice enough.

"Are you sure? Anyway, any friend of Jess' is a friend of mine." I smiled and made up something friendly, it wasn't hard to lie because it's mostly true

"I don't think that's always the case." Jess pointed out.

"Hang on Jess, hold that thought. Are we going to yours?" Emma asked

"Yeah." Jess replied she looked so confused

"Rach! We're going to Jess's, I've got my phone if you need me." Emma shouted

"Okay! I'll see you later!" I'm guessing Rach called back

A woman called Lucy came out and said she's got her phone back from Mr Ingham or something? I wasn't really listening, I was thinking too much about Jess moving down here and how I'm hardly ever going to see her.

We drove back up to Jess'. Emma went with Jess and I followed behind them. Jess gave me a key and dragged both me and Emma around the house. It was massive! It had three floors above the basement and it was very light and airy. I could see why Jess would be attracted to a house like this. Last Jess took us to the basement. It was just one room but was the size of the house. It was quite dark but I know Jess would do something about that. This was gonna be her recording studio, she explained where everything was gonna go. She was sooo excited that me and Emma just looked at each other and burst out laughing.

Emma is the complete opposite to who I thought she would be. Well, she's young for a start but that doesn't matter. She's fun and a great laugh, but she's caring and sensitive too. I can tell she cares about Jess but I'm not sure if she loves her just yet. I'm very protective over Jess and I don't let just anyone walk into her life, especially since she became famous and even more since Kira.

Jess broke down as we started talking about Kira, I didn't mean to bring her up and I knew it was a touchy subject and clearly Emma had no idea who she was. She gave this speech to Jess about how you can always pick yourself up from when you fall in love. It was actually very inspirational. Jess then tried flirting but Emma completely bypassed it.

Emma told us how to get to Domio's and we ordered a Peperoni Passion to share.
