PHIL

"Would you like me to call up more security officers?" Brian asks me. I looked him over before I answered him. He actually looked worried and for some reason that surprised me. I guess he didn't get paid enough for this shit.

"How about I call if I need anything alright? " I say to him knowing he had more important things to be doing downstairs.

"Sounds good, and Phil watch your back." And then he was gone back through the staff elevator before I could even say thanks.

"Now!" I yell loudly at my employees that were now haphazardly standing around the office.

Thankfully they had all stopped fighting and were now just standing almost as still as statues. I counted 32 employees, mostly men, that had been fighting not seconds ago most of them now adorned with bruises on thier arms and legs.

"Am I going to need to call security?" I ask them, feeling like I'm their parent more so than there boss. Grown ass people shouldn't have to be told to not fight in the workplace, unless your a wrestler of somekind or whatever.

I see several people scowl at one another while others somple shook their heads.

"Good." I say a quick head nod.

"Now as you know I have not been in the office for several weeks." I say now walking to the middle of the open office space stepping over the loose paper that littered the entirety of the floor.

"But this. THIS! IS UNEXCEPTABLE!" I scream pointing at tipped over chairs and seemingly important papers at my feet, utter chaos surrounding me.

"Now, I would like to hear from you all one by one about what has happened. While you wait you WILL organize, clean, fix, do whatever you f'in have to do to get this office back to how it was. Anymore outbursts or violence will not be tolerated and will result in your immediate termination. Are we clear?"

"I SAID ARE WE CLEAR?"

I recieved head nods and a few "yes's" from the croud, thankfully.

"Good, I guess we will go alphabetically, figure that out amongst yourselves." I said waving a hand lazily at them and turning my back to them and walking to my back office.

And I thought coming back to work would be less stressful....
