What sort of surprise could be waiting for me just beyond these doors?

He opens them for me as I stand in shock at the beauty that is the multitude of dresses hanging from three different racks.

"I hand picked these last week, I wasn't sure which of these was your style so you can have your pick." He says his hand now resting on the small of my back.

There must be at least 20 different dresses all different lengths, colors and styles, It felt like I was in dress heaven.

"And this is Kevin," he says gesturing to a man in the corner I hadn't even noticed. "I have worked with him for years and he knows exactly what he is doing. When you find the one you want have him size it for you. I will be in my study finishing up a few things." He says.

He then kisses me a little too roughly and walks out of the room, closing the doors behind him.

I smile at Kevin then turn my attention to the wardrobe.

"There is so much to choose from." I say stating the obvious.

"Mr. Ben wants the very best for you." He says with a side grin.

I pull the first dress off of the rack, a very light yellow floor length gown with jewels inbedded in the bodice.

I first look to myself and then to Kevin.

"Where should I?" I say looking around.

"Oh honey, no need to worry about me, I play for the other team." He says almost in a whisper.

I still felt odd to be changing in front of a man I do not know, but this his job, just as it was Dereks job to be around half naked women, difference is Derek definetly didn't play for the other team and Derek never made me feel this nervous.

"That looks gorgeous on you, but it might not be the best color choice for your skin tone might I recommend this?" He says pointing to a dress on the opposite rack.

It was a beautiful dress and one of the most expensive by far. It was ruby red, smooth and sleeveless.

I try it on and couldn't help but smile as I saw myself in the mirror.

"I look..."

"You look fantastic." He says looking me over.

"Now let me just take it in a little here...." he says mostly talking to himself I'm guessing.

I grab at my neck gently feeling as if something is missing.

"Don't worry that will all be taken care of." He says noticing my gesture. "The jewelry will be in the day after tomorrow, you of course had to pick the dress first."

I felt like royalty, like a million bucks, which is probably what this gown will cost.

There was a few very small gems embroidered in this gown as well, causing it to shimmer as it catches the light.

"Are those?"

"Diamonds, 67 of them. He says that was very important."

I furrowed my eyebrows questioning the odd number.

"That's how many days you will have known him until the engagement party."

67 days. I am marrying a man I met less than 60 days ago. That is just two months. How could I be so stupid? How could I be doing this?

I start hearing a buzzing sound and I could tell it was coming from my jeans.

I quickly undress, now just wearing my undergarments, reach for my phone out of my pocket and see that it's Phil.
