Nyx hauled Rachel into Magnus's apartment, Magnus and Evelyn rushing over to help her.
"What happened?"
"Draugr. One, but very strong and quick. It got her as we were trying to escape. She's bleeding, around her ankles, and she's finding it difficult to walk."

Magnus took Rachel's other arm, helping her to the sofa. Rachel's head lolled onto his shoulder, her eyelids twitching as she floated between consciousness and sleep.

Evelyn disappeared, coming back a few moments later with medical supplies.
Nyx winced as Magnus worked Rachel out of her shoes, revealing her ankles and lower legs to be little more than strips of bloodied, purpling flesh and a river of blood. Magnus winced. "I think the bones broken, there. And... I'm sorry, but her muscles have been shredded. I think she needs a hospital."
"You're the bloody High Warlock of Brooklyn! You bloody fix it, or I'll bloody kill you!" Nyx yelled, panting hard. "I'm sorry. Alysha's still... around."
Magnus hushed her. "It's okay, I'm going to 'fix it', as you say, it's just she's still going to need a hospital after. I hate to break it to you, but this is going to have some​ permanent damage. Like, affecting how or if she can walk, permanent."

"You're saying my mum can't walk!"
Magnus hushed her again. "You're putting words into my mouth. I never said that, not exactly. I'm just trying to make you aware..."
"You know what?" Evelyn interrupted. "Why don't you do the magic thing, and I'll take Nyx out and calm her down for a minute, before Alysha resurfaces and decides to execute you for that statement."

Nyx gave him a hard glare as Evelyn lead her out of the room, her eyes holding a threatening fire in their depths.

Hey, I asked this a while back but got no answers, so I'm just curiously asking again. Do you think I should do a cast list for my own characters? And if so, any suggestions?
