Best friends

"Nick, you bastard, I never want to see you again!"

The girl slapped Nick across the face, before storming out of the house.
Nick looked shocked. "What the hell just happened? Travis, did you break me up with my date again?"

Travis shrugged innocently. "I honestly didn't intend to. I just may have happened to accidentally mentioned some of the things you said last Saturday."
Nick thought about it for a moment. "Well, I'm going to kill you."

Travis began backing up as the angry vampire advanced on him. "N-now, Nick, you're not really going to kill me, are you?"
Nick nodded.
Travis turned and bolted into the house.

Tensions had been tight recently between Nick, Selene and Travis.
Both Nick and Selene were pulling the I'm-dating-other-people-so-I've-gotten-over-you game, whilst Travis was caught in the middle, playing some form of umpire.

Long story short, it was all very messy.

Travis charged through the building, silently laughing. It was kind of funny watching Nick get wound up.
The girl had been very cute.

To be honest, in Travis' opinion, Nick potentially had already moved on, or would have if he'd got a date that lasted longer than five minutes.
It was Selene that was the problem.
She flaunted every 'relationship' she had, obviously aiming for a rise out of Nick. Nick, alternatively, pretended to ignore her.

Travis just settled for neutrality of both teams, and taunted everyone mercilessly.
He charged past a flustered Rachel, carrying washing. "Whoa,  where are you going?"
"Secret bunker!"
"Why are you going to hide in your bedroom?"
He turned back for a second. "Nick's gonna kill me!"

Rachel muttered to herself as Nick charged past a second later, chasing his best friend angrily. "Boys! What on earth happened this time?"

Out of interest, does the music attachment work? I'm having some issues with it here.
