"Look, it's all very well saying we're going to do all this stuff, but we actually have to do some of it!" Sebastian yelled, practically tearing his hair out with frustration.
Lilith attempted to place her hand on his shoulder to calm him, then thought better of it. "We will, just as soon as we are ready."
"What are we waiting for to get ready?" He screamed. "You're not telling me anything! You've got all these plans, and I don't know one of them! I don't know what part I have in them! I don't know why I am here!"

Lilith forced herself to speak calmly, though internally she was boiling with fury. "Look, you are here for..."
"Don't say my revenge." He spat. "You say it so much, it means nothing anymore. My revenge is my own. I shall take it as I please. You have your own plan, and I want to know what!"

If anyone else had spoken to her like that, she would have killed them. As it was, she was getting to the end of her tether.
It was definitely the fault of that Nyx girl. She'd got her hooks into him so deep, that even now he pined for her.

In some ways, it would be better if she were out of the picture.

Maybe then he would fall into line.
Or maybe not.

Sebastian threw up his hands at her silence. "You know what? Fine! I don't care! But I'm going to do whatever the hell I want to do from now on. You can't stop me. So you're either with me, or you're against me."

He stormed out of the room, the door slamming loudly against the door frame.
"What are you looking at?" He snarled at a slightly stunned Luci standing in the corridor.
