Loosing it

Luci raised her hands to eye level, half in surrender, half as if she were trying to calm a wild animal.
"I have no idea what you're talking about, but please point the gun away from me."

Alysha ran a hand through her hair, body fizzing with some kind of wild, desperate energy. She swallowed hard, eyes wide as she lowered the gun.
"But that's... That's not... she can't do that!"
"Still don't know what you're talking about!"

Alysha screwed her eyes closed, breathing hard and pinching the bridge of her nose. Her knuckles blazed white as they clenched tightly into fists.
"I'm sorry, I'm loosing it. It's just... did they say anything about where they were going?"
"No, mostly just guard the house until they return." Luci said pointedly, glaring at the girl before her.
Alysha chuckled. "I'll be glad to tell them what a good job you did. Almost stopped me getting in and everything. Gold stars for effort all round!"
She turned back to the painting, taking an almost threatening step towards it. "If that bitch tries it again..." She sighed. "It's no good, I'm going to have to go."
She turned to Luci. "Up for a little trip to Idris?"

"What?!" Luci exclaimed loudly, getting more and more lost by the conversation each minute.

Alysha grinned wickedly, fingers playing over the nose of her gun eagerly as she held it cradled in her hands.
"Newsflash; you're now my minion. But before you complain or threaten me or hit me, just listen, I think there's a high chance you're going to enjoy this. I need a portal, so, your choice, do we break into the institute, or kidnap Magnus Bane?"

I feel like I should attach music to this chapter, but I don't know what song. Ideas?
