"Nyx, wake up!"
"Go away. I'm sleeping."
"Wake up! It's important!"
"You know you can talk to me whilst I'm asleep. You're doing it now!"
"But we have things to do."
"We really don't."

Nyx and Alysha were having some... issues. Mostly because, when you have a living reflection, she somehow thinks it's acceptable to bug you at all hours about what she wants to do.
To be completely frank, Alysha had a plan and Nyx didn't know what it was. She kind of didn't want to know what it was. Alysha was a little on the psychotic side.

"Look, I just need to do something..."
"No. Last time you 'needed to do something' Dec ended up hanging over a motorway bridge!"
"I promise it's not violent. But pleeeease, we really need to do this."
"Not in the middle of the night we don't."

Nyx snuggled down into her pillows, trying to ignore Alysha's whining.
Sometimes, she felt like she was going mad.
Let's face it, she probably wasn't the epitome of sanity, hearing the voice of her reflection in her head.

But something had happened when she'd died, and once again when she'd come back.
It was like... like something had torn. Something was broken internally, in her mind, in her soul.

And that's what Alysha was. Part of the broken-ness.
A part of Nyx.

A part she'd never known she had, never recognised. Nyx didn't know the exact details, but she knew enough.

"Nyyyyyyyx, you're going to ruin everything!"
"I'm pretty convinced that other than you, no one will mind."
"But... what about the plan?"
"I don't know the plan."
"Okay... what about Sebastian?"
"Again, I need an explanation of how he comes into this."
"He saved our life."
"My life. You weren't around then."
"Yeah, I was. I just didn't have a voice yet."

So, what do you guys make of that?
