Chapter 14 - Game changer

Lulan ng kanyang sasakyan, tahimik si Richard.   Hindi din umiimik si Mama T.

Richard:  Mama T, pakitawagan si Carl please. Tell him I want to meet him and Ms. Lizelle at the GMA office in an hour.  

Sumunod naman si Mama T.  Tinawagan naman ni Richard ang kanyang ama. Nagulat man ito, sinabi namang pupunta siya ng GMA.

Bago pa dumating sila Carlitos nandon na si Richard at ang Daddy nito at kausap si Ms. Gigi.

Ms. Gigi:  Carlito, Lizelle. When you asked me to find something for Richard tinulungan ko kayo because I also think na sayang ang oras kung wala siyang gagawin and it can be an opportinity to grow.  Hindi ko ineexpect na babalewalain ninyo ang Lunch Surprise. More so hindi ko akalain na babalewalain ninyo ang nagawa ng loveteam nila ni Dei para sa kanya.  I am sure na aware naman kayo that the fans from social media is not Richards fans on the first place.  Hindi ko sinasabing walang fans sa social media pero hindi ninyo pwedeng ideny na wala pa sa one fourth ng fans ng dubsmash queen ang fans ng alaga ninyo. So the least you could do is respect this people and give them the time that they need.

Carlito:  Pero Ms.  Gigi, sikat naman na si Richard before she came in. So he can go solo. 

Ms. Gigi:  and you agree with this Lizelle? You of all people know na wala na tayong concept of teleserye na maibigay kay Richard we tried it all, patweetums, drama pati history type sinubukan na natin pero wala hindi kinagat.  He need something new tapos nung makita ang galing niya sa hosting they kept him and when the loveteam happened  his career flourished which I am pretty sure, you all gained from it.  So, what is happening?

Ms. Lizelle:  I do believe Richard can go solo pero hindi ko naman ho sinasabing iwan niya yung loveteam. 

Ms. Gigi:  Then why isn't he informed ng mga kaganapan on social media. We cannot neglect the fact that the netizens point of view are important now.  Dapat chinecheck ninyo yon. Richard was bashed more so si Dei.  Nagmukha tuloy nangiwan sa ere si Richard.  I know Richard needs to finish some appointments na matagal ng nafinalize pero sana huwag pabayaan yung Lunch Surprise and the love team.  Hanggang pwedeng iiwas sa sched niya sa Lunch Surprise ang mga ibang engagement do so.  Alam natin na magandang maghandle ng talents ang Tape.  They will give him what he deserves kapag nagtuloy-tuloy ito.  Do I make myself clear?

Carlito:  Yes Ms. Gigi.

Ms. Lizelle:  Yes Mam.

Ms. Gigi:  I want to see his schedule in the next 4 months. Oh before I forget, you want to end the loveteam... guess what... Dei wants out!

Ms. Lizelle: What?  Bakit?  Is that why, sa serye she went somewhere?

Ms. Gigi:  Yes, they gave her a break from the show for her to think things over. 

Carlito:  Ang yabang naman niya. Siya pa ang umayaw?

Ms. Gigi:  Mayabang ba?  Well her reasons were because she also believes na hindi na kailangan ni Richard ang love team at siya ang new comer kaya mas na pinakikinabangan niya tapos si Richard pa daw ang nasisira.  Mayabang ba?  Hindi kaya tayo ang nagmumukhang nagmamalaki sa pinaggagagawa ninyo? The girl is very humble and just so you know. Dei Mendoza is born to a wealthy family, hindi niya kailangang magtrabaho because the family owns gas stations and other businesses. So kung tutuusin ginagawa lang niya ito para sa mga pangarap niya pero yung finances hindi niya kailangan.  So,  sino ang mas nangangailangan kanino? Ano pagsolohin ba natin si Richard?

Ms. Gigi:  It is your call Richard... what do you think?

Richard:  I say... if I have to beg Dei Mendoza so she will stay I will. I am pretty much aware that I am famous sa netizens because I am associated with her.  Hinangaan nila ang RichDee dahil sa streetserye and the number of fans that RichDee has wala pa sa kalahati ang number ng fans club ko alone.  More so, maraming napapasayang tao, maraming natutulungan at maraming naiinspire sa loveteam namin so I want this 101%.
