You and Ben have been together for 3 months today and you were very happy. You were getting ready for a date that you had with him. You were doing your hair smiling to yourself humming a whole new world. When you had finished your hair you made sure it was in place. You put a little hairspray on and then do your make up. You look at the time and see that you only have 10 minutes before you have to meet Ben so you quickly get your dress and shoes on before taking a deep breath then leaving

You make it to the enchanted lake where you are supposed to me meeting Ben and you see you still had arrived right on time. You walk to where you two would have your dates and see he is there with someone else. You don't want to assume the worst so you step closer and see that he is with Audrey your are about to speak when you see him kiss her. You're eyes widen and your heart shatters. "Ben" You say while your voice breaks "Jenny it isn't what it looks like" Ben said "It looks like you are cheating on me" You say "Let me explain" Ben said "There is nothing to explain" you say and look at Audrey "You both deserve each other" You say before turning around and running back to your room. While you were running you weren't seeing where you were going so when you bumped into someone you both fell to the ground before either one could gain balance. "Ow" you hear the person say "I'm so sorry" you say "It's fine" the person said standing up and putting their hand out to help you up which you accept. You look to see Carlos sending you a small smile but you are unable to return it "Thank you for helping me" you say "It is no worries" he tells you you send him a smile hoping he would think it's a genuine one but when you did he noticed that it was a sad smile making him concerned "Jenny what happened?" He ask "What makes you think something happened?" You ask "I know that is a sad smile please tell me" he said you didn't know what to do before you could say anything to him all the tears that you were holding in started to fall Carlos was shocked so he pulled you into a hug and held you close to him. He let you cry for a few minutes then you eventually calmed down. "What happened?" He ask "Ben" You say "Did you guys have a fight?" He ask "I broke up with him" You say "Why I thought today was your anniversary" he said and ask "It is and that's what makes this so much worse" you say "Makes what worse?" He ask "He cheated on me with Audrey" You tell him and your voice is cracking "Jenny look at me" Carlos said you lift your head from his shoulder and he makes you look at him "I am so sorry that he did that but if Ben cheated on you with Audrey of all people and he doesn't see how amazing you are then you don't need him" Carlos said "Really?" You ask "Really you are so much better than both of them" Carlos said "You mean that?" You as "Yes" He said. You send him another smile and this time it is genuine and he smiled back. He offered if you wanted to go get some dinner and you told him yes. When you were both eating he ask you what had happened and you explain to him that when you arrived at the enchanted lake you seen someone with Ben so you walked closer and seen that it was Audrey and they were kissing. A few tears went down your cheeks and he wiped them away.
He tried to make conversation to get your mind off what had happened and you appreciated it but your mind wouldn't let you forget what happened to your less than a hour ago. After you both have finished eating he had offered to walk you back to your room and you told him you would like that. You threw away any rubbish that you both had and then he started to walk you back. While you were walking there was a silence between you both he had wanted to ask if you were ok but he hadn't wanted to push you so he stayed quiet. You were almost at your room but were stopped when you seen Ben. "Hey Jenny" he said "Hi" You said emotionless "Can we please talk?" He ask "No" you said bluntly "Please" He ask "Ben she said no just leave her alone" Carlos said and you both walked away from him. When you finally reached your room you thanked Carlos for tonight and he told you it was no problem.
For the next few days you avoid Ben although when you see him you see he was being yelled at Mal and Evie since they had only found out. You seen he had a guilty look on his face. When he walked past you you tried to look away but couldn't. You didn't know if he and Audrey were still together but you didn't care you knew that he got what he deserved and you done the right thing. You hear Mal call you over to her and Evie when you get beside them they ask you if you are okay and you tell them yes. The three of you talk for a few minutes the Carlos and Jay come over and ask if you three what to hand out and you all say yes. You all go and find something to do. You knew at one point you would get over Ben big for now you were glad that you had your friends.
