Three months after cotillion Ben had brought you and a few more VKs over to Auradon along with you he brought Harry Hook son of Captain Hook Gil son of Gaston, Dizzy daughter of Drizella, Jayden and Sapphire son and daughter of Hades.
You, Jayden, Sapphire, Harry and Gil were your own crew and when you first arrived not everyone was willing to trust any of you except from Dizzy since everyone seen a genuine smile. You and the others looked a little hesitant of being there. After a few weeks people had started to warm up you all and you had also became especially close with Doug the son of Dopey.
Doug had helped you a lot with fitting in, he showed you that there is more to being in Auradon than just causing trouble there is more and you started to enjoy making a life for yourself.
You think back to you and your friends arriving and you remember your encounter with Chad Charming

The limo just pulled up and when you all stepped out Dizzy ran to Evie hugging her and then Mal. You didn't hold anything against them you were friends with them when they were on the Isle. After Dizzy was finished hugging the life out of Mal and Evie introductions were made
"It's great to have you all here, I am very excited for you all to have a chance at a new life" Ben said
"And who are you?" Jayden asked
"Oh right sorry, I am Ben it's nice to meet you..." Ben said then stopped not knowing him
"Jayden son of Hades this is my sister Sapphire" Jayden said shaking his hand and then Ben shook Sapphires hand.
"Wow thanks for introducing us" you say sarcastically looking at Jayden and he mouthed sorry
"I'm Y/N Hearts, this is Gil Gastons son, and Harry, Hooks son" you say
"Hearts? As in the Queen of Hearts?" A boy with blonde hair asked
"Yes" You say eyeing him suspiciously Harry stepped forward beside you, Harry was the oldest so he was like an older brother but both you and him were the leaders of the group
"Why do you ask?" You ask
"Are you as crazy as your mother?" The boy asked and you lunged at him but Harry grabbed your waist. You sent the boy a nasty glare and he stepped back in fear
"Let's get one thing straight, I am not like my mother I do not yell 'off with their heads'" you say
"She may be defensive, manipulative, deceitful and sassy..." Sapphire started but you interrupted her
"Sapphire quiet" you say, that is one thing about Sapphire she just speaks without thinking
"I'm not crazy" you say
"That's more my speciality" Harry said
"I thought scaring was your specialty?" Dizzy ask
"I have many" Harry told Dizzy walking towards Chad
"Now listen here, I suggest you not say that again or else you will be meeting the end of my hook and trust me I don't hesitate " Harry said and you seen fear in Chads eyes after that Ben had this boy Doug show you around and show you to your rooms you thanked him politely and he smiled as a way of saying you are welcome. You found him cute but then you remembered getting hurt once before after giving a boy your heart and you wouldn't go through that again.

That happened two months back and everyone soon found out that you are one of the few VKs that can and will show emotion such as compassion and consideration, sympathy and love but you and told them to not give you sympathy or anything like that.

As much as you had tried not to you had started falling for Doug the past few months you were and it was making you nervous which is a rare emotion you had.
There was a dance happening tonight and you have been trying and ask Doug to your date but every time  you try and ask him you back out at the last second. You had your heart broke before by a boy on the Isle. Harry hooked him and he knew not to step within a few inches near you again. If he had seen you on the Isle then he had walked away from you.
Even though you wanted to ask him to the ball you just couldn't find the courage too which is rare for a VK.
You were in the courtyard with Harry and you were both just talking about tonight and if he asked anyone he told you no he will just find a girl to dance with there and you nodded. You told him that would be what you are doing since you don't have a date making him confused. Harry knew you liked Doug and he was the only one that did, he asked you why didn't you ask him and you told you that you backed out each time. He had been about to say something else when you both heard someone call your name your turn around and see Doug is walking up to you both and he looked shy about something making you confused.
"Hi Doug" You ask
"Hi Y/N, hi Harry" Doug replied
"Hi mate" Harry said. Doug was one of the very few boys Harry's ok with you being around, he hates you being around Chad Charming so he hasn't came near you in a while.
"So what's up?" You ask
"I was wondering if I could talk to you alone" he said, you look at Harry for a second and then he nodded before leaving you alone. You seen he only went a few feet away but he was playing with his hook instead of watching what was happening.
"So what do you need to talk to me about?" You ask
"I was wondering if you have a date to the dance tonight?" He ask
"No unfortunately" you say
"Uh well do you think you'd want to go with me?" He ask and your eyes light up making you smile
"I would love too" you say and he smiled.
"Great so how about I pick you up at 7?" He ask
"Yeah 7 sounds great" you say
"I'll see you later then" he said and you nod then he lefts. Harry seen him leave and then walked over to you again and he gave a questioning look asking you what happened
"He just asked me to the dance tonight and I said yes" you told him and he smiled
"I'm happy for you but remember one thing" he said
"What's that?" You ask
"All it takes is one swing and I'll humiliate, mater of fact if he makes one wrong move I will debilitate him and if he even starts to slip I'll debilitate him all it takes is one wrong look and I'll...." he started saying
"Harry I get chill" you say and smile
You go to your room and start to get prepared for tonight as it was late afternoon and it will take you a while to get ready.
You took a quick shower then had curled your hair before applying your make up. It had taken a while for you to do so and you made it natural but you also wanted it to be perfect. Once you had finished them you had got on your dress. You kept your dress plain and simple but it was also short and you matched it with black heels.

When you were finally sorted you and seen that it was almost 7pm and you started to get nervous. After a few minutes you heard a knock on your door and you knew it was Doug you take a deep breath before opening the door and smiled when you seen him

"Hi" He said
"Hi, you look cute" you say
"Thank you, you look beautiful" he said

"Thank you" you say blushing
"Shall we go?" He ask
"Yes" You reply and you close the door and you both make your way to the where the dance will be held.
When you arrived you seen Harry and he walked over to you both and you said hey to him. He started talking to you both for a while then Lonnie came over and she joined in the conversation and after a while Doug had asked you if you would like to dance and you told him yes. You both excused yourself and had gone to dance. You looked at Harry and see him and Lonnie dancing. You and Doug had a lot of fun dancing, you both talked about what ever came to mind and also laughed. There were a few songs you danced with Harry but mainly with Doug
The night had gone by so quick for you but you did enjoy it you got to be at the dance with your your crush. Doug found out that you were very hurt by a guy before and he told you he will not push you into anything. That you and him would soon become more than what you are now when you were ready making you smile and you kissed his cheek
