Just because everything was perfect, doesn't mean the one thing I actually needed was too.
There's always something that makes us feel okay. That makes everything okay.
What works for you doesn't always work the same for me.
It's not my fault.
Just because my life was good and I should appreciate it, doesn't mean it was good for me.
So yes, we get good grades.
So yes, we have a family that would care if we died.
So yes, we've got many or just enough friends.
Yes, we've been smiling.
But that doesn't make us happy.
And that's not our fault.
Sometimes the little things always mean the most to us, and sometimes those little things could be just as intoxicating as small doses of poison.
After all that's what it all is, right?
An imbalance of chemical reactions in our brain?
So how is that our fault?
It's not.
