Chapter 17 - Trust

Don't know how we end up like this but this is so awkward. Joe and the girl he is with, who I heard named Mandy is now sitting infront of me and hubby. I'm so caught up. I didn't even say to hubby that I'm with someone else watching a movie that time because I know he won't be happy with it. I am so right.

It's not that I purposedly hid it, it's just that it'll be better if it remains a secret from him.  He is not talking and he looks so serious. As I said, I am so dead. I don't really like seeing him like this.

"The food here is so good. Sehun, try this steak, this is the best in here." Hinawi nung babae sa harap ni hubby 'yung pagkain pero hindi niya pinansin at matuloy lang siya sa marahang pagkain. I feel so tensed. I know he's  not in the mood. I have this feeling that he will just break out.

Nung nakita niya na  hindi siya pinansin ni hubby ay pinagpatuloy niya na lang ang pagkain niya at pagkwento.

"You, my cutie cousin, try this salad... it's good too." Cousin? So magpinsan pala sila? Kaya pala may hawig sila. Akala ko nung una boyfriend niya si Joe eh. I tried ignoring the awkward atmosphere as I take little bites from my meal.

"I didn't expect I'd meet you here again clumsy girl. Did you keep the clothes I bought for you?" Ano ba talagang gusto niyang palabasin? Bakit kailangan niya pa ipaalala iyon? I wanna kick him under the table but he is far from my seat.  Sila ang magkaharap ni hubby sa upuan at kami naman nung pinsan niya ang magkaharap.

"Really now cousin? Close pala kayo nitong batang 'to? Binigyan mo pa talaga ng damit ha? Ikaw ha! Binata ka na talaga. Hahaha." Manghang sabi nung babae. At saka ano bang bata ang sinasabi niya? Dalaga na ako noh. 

"Uh... we actually know each other since childhood." Joe answered. Now he remembered? Naaalala niya pala na magkababata kami?

"Oh! Really? Is that true cute girl?" She looked at me while asking.

"Uh...Ah o-oo." I answered nervously. Should I be happy that he remembered or should I be scared because this guy beside me is giving me chills. I can feel his black aura right now even if he is not talking. Actually, it's more scary when he is not saying anything infront of me.

"So how are you related to Sehun?" The girl suddenly asked. There is something in her eyes that I don't like seeing. It's like she is expecting for an answer that will satisfy her.

"Ah... Boyfriend ko siya." Natahimik siya sandali pero biglang napatawa ng malakas.

"Hahahaha. Seriously? Hahaha. I'm sorry that's the funniest joke I've ever heard. Hahaha." She can't stop laughing. Mukha ba akong joker? Her cousin is laughing silently on her side. Bakit ba feeling ko sinasadya talaga ni Joe na inisin si hubby? I know that they're mortal enemies but does he have to do this? He sholdn't be interferring with our personal life.
