One of the things that made Sam and Gabriel the most loveable couple is that when one of them had important news to tell the other they'd go under their fluffy covers and talk about it, being open and honest with each other
This was one of those moments, Gabriel had some pretty big news to tell Sam and he was having a tough time doing it, so how better than to do it then under the covers?

"So what's the big news Gabe?" Sam asked intertwining his fingers with Gabriel's
Gabriel took a deep breath "Well remember when we talked about- you know getting married and maybe having kids someday, and how we were gonna wait because of hunting and all?" Sam nodded "Yeah what about it?"
"I know it's not a great time- and belive me I did not plan this but-" Gabriel chewed nervously at his lip "I'm pregnant" He smiled softly and Sam's eyes went wide for a moment and then before Gabriel knew it his boyfriend was tackling him down on the bed in a fit of joy
"Sam!" Gabriel giggled happily "I'm still pregnant!" Sam laughed and rolled off of Gabriel "Sorry" He muttered "When- when did you find out?"
Gabriel bit his lip "..Last week" Sam gaped "Gabriel!" He gasped dramatically, Gabriel put his hands up in defence "I wanted to make sure okay?!"
"So you waited a week?- we went drinking last night!"
"Yeah I didn't drink anything, I gave all my drinks to Cas- I'm really good at faking drunk" He smiled awkwardly, Sam frowned "No wonder he was so drunk"
Gabriel chuckled, "So we're really having a baby?" Sam asked still skeptical, Gabriel nodded and kissed him softly "Yeah, we are"
