24 hours, that's all the time they had left. Jeno and Jisung just sat with the girl, one of her hands in each of there's, trying to spend enough time with her before the time is up.

"Gosh I wish I was you soulmate. I wish it was me so you didn't have to go through this." Jeno sighed, bringing her hand up to his forehead- eyes closed as he basked in her fleeting company.

Jisung had tears in his eyes, remembering the moment they first met.

He was curled up on the floor, scared for his life as two older boys picked on him.

Shivering in fear as he waited for the impact of a shoe, but it never came.

Opening his eyes slowly and peeling his arms away from his head, his eye sight landed on her.

Jihyun had scared the boys away, intimidation in her eyes completely softened when she looked at the helplessly small boy.

Reaching her hand out generously with a kind smile, he placed his hand in hers.

The girl stood taller than him, which at the time was normal- but now Jisung towered over her. Him being 5"11 and her being 5"4.

Jihyun ruffled his hair so it became disheveled, bending down slightly and asking him if he was okay.

When he sniffle and shook his head, she wasted no time in bringing him into a hug.

The tiny Jisung was shocked at her actions, but ever since then, the two wouldn't leave each other.

She saved him, and Jisung was beating himself up that he couldn't save her now.

Wishing a thousand wishes that she would be okay, that whoever was up there on the moon, was doing whatever they can to save her.

"Okay, you ready to go Chenle?" Jaemin asked, going up to the two boys.
Chenle nodded in response, "we will find him."

"You guys be safe up there. If I see anything down here, I'll let you know."

The three of them began hyping themselves up, they were determined. They were not going to stop until they had found the thief.

"Okay, Operation Letter is a go!" Chenle yelled out, holding tightly onto Jaemin as he prepared himself.

Lifting the two of them up and into the sky. Haechan nodded to himself, "we can do this."
