A sigh left Jihyuns lips as she relaxed against the picnic blanket- eyes closing to block out the blinding light as she basks in the sun.

"I wish we could stay like this forever"she spoke in a peaceful manner.

The blanket dipped down beside her indicating Renjun had laid down too. He didn't respond, only watching the clouds drift past them slowly.

The sight of it made any thought of going back to the moon a distant thought. All those days spent on that hill couldn't compete with the depths of blues the sky held from above.

A large canvas Renjun only dreamed about had become reality as he sat next to his soulmate.

Jihyun tilted her head and opened her eye a fraction to look at the boy. "What's on your mind?"

"I'm just thinking, what about you?" He looked over to the girl and she only smiled.

"I was thinking about us. How we were destined for each other. Does that mean we are automatically dating? And how comfortable we are with each other if we were." She spoke, verbalising her mind as she watched the boy sit up-eye brows furrowing at his abrupt behaviour.

"I'm not sure. But, I do know I have feelings for you Jihyun, I'm sure you do too. So, miss Jihyun Lee, would you do the honours of being my girlfriend?"

A large smile grew on the girls face as she nodded her head. "Yes," she said sitting up and throwing her arms around the boy.

Her cheek pressed against his chest as the two sat hugging each other. The steady pulse beating through his chest calmed the girl making her close her eyes and melt against him.

"I'm glad you said yes, it'd be awkward if you didn't," Renjun spoke out and Jihyun laughed, shaking her head at his words.

"You're truely something else Huang Renjun," she said pulling the boy down onto the blanket so that they were laying down.

Her head still pressed against his chest as his arm snaked around her waist- to any outsider it would look like two kids in love hugging under a tree- And that's exactly what it was.

The two soaked up the sun as they laid on the blanket, far from the world problems as the minutes slowly began to tick away.

"What's the time now?" Jihyun asked going to sit up but Renjun tightened his grip.

"No, please don't look. That only clarifies that I have less than a day with you. Let's just- stay, like this for awhile," and so they did. The two had their eyes closed as they laid intertwined with each other under a tree in a park.

Renjun began to trace comforting circle onto the girls back and she felt as though at any minute she could fall asleep.

"Renjun,"
"Yeah?"
"I want ice cream."

Also i want to apologise not posting much. I'm just trying to adjust now being a uni student and a worker.

I will still update as much as I can. But I'm not sure how much. I will try tho!!
