"How are we going to do this?"

It had been about a week since Jisung remembered, his whole world changing before his eyes as he began to see things in a different light- almost like he was reborn, but into his original self.

"I don't know. Could we not just barge into Renjuns mums house and ask him?"

The had been trying to figure out what to do, how to execute this plan, and how to save Renjun.
It was nearing both his and hers birthday, March 23rd creeping up slowly and she could only imagine him counting down the days.

"No silly, his mum in this version of reality is a widow."

She had never once stopped thinking about him, staring at the moon at each possible second and talking to it as if he could hear and respond.

"Maybe we could summon him."

She could only imagine what he was going through, spending almost 3 months alone with no human interaction- he must be so lonely.

"Like an ouija? Or like a flower circle? That's kinda witchy."

His thoughts would have consumed him, how would he entertain himself, after all, moon days are far more longer than earth days.

"Why not... could be fun."

But she had to be strong and courageous and she had to have hope. Because if everything worked out, then he would be home safe in her arms.

"If we conjure up some sort of demon ghost I'm letting it haunt you Jisung."

They had to try with everything they got, because her life without Renjun wasn't a life worth living.

"Okay, well I don't know then. Why not try to call out his name."

Jihyun looked at the boy like he said the most bizarre thing. Rolling her eyes and sighing, she looks up to the sky.

"Ten" She exclaimed, silence falling over them as they wait for a response.

"Try again."

"Ten!" She said slightly louder, but nothing seemed to work.

"You called?" A voice spoke out and the two let out a shrilled shriek, falling to the ground and clasping a hand over their hearts.

"Holy shit you scared me."

"I think my life just flashed before my eyes- I wasn't expecting that to work," Jisung said, taking in a deep breath as he placed his hand into Jihyuns open one and getting pulled up.

"What the fuck Ten, that scared the living day lights out of me," Jihyun said bitterly, patting at her chest to make her heart beat again.

"What did you want?" He asked simple, unimpressed by their summoning.

Jihyun looked towards Jisung who nodded at her in confrontation. She took a deep breath in and faced the guardian.

"Okay, we were coming up with a plan to get Renjun back-"

"Goodbye," Ten said abruptly, interrupting the girl and turning around.

As he started to walk off, Jihyun reached out and grabbed hold of his wrist.

"Please Ten," she said in a slight mumble and when Ten turned around he was met with a crying girl.

"I can't do this without him anymore, I want him back," she sobbed, taking a step closer to the guardian and looking up at him with the most heart broken eyes- making him look away with guilt.

His jaw began to clench as her grip on him grew tighter. "I need him back. Please, is there anything that could help me get to the moon?"

Tears fell down her cheek, wanting nothing more than to hold her soulmate in her arms once again.

Ten inhaled sharply, battling an internal decision on what he should do. He could get into so much trouble, but he too missed his son and wanted nothing more than to have him back- which is why he did what he did.

"Follow me, we can't talk out here," he said ominously dragging the girl away with him and Jisung followed suit.

He dragged her back into the same toilet that she had been crying in all those months ago, when Renjun was still here.

Jisung was a little antsy about going into the female toilets but Jihyun said it was okay, that no one would come in- so he reluctantly agreed.

The three of them were standing in the toilets, Jihyun and Jisung staring at Ten as they awaited their answer.

"I'm really not supposed to tell you, but I want my son back just as much as you want him back- and I'm sorry for ignoring you Jihyun, I needed time to heal," Ten started off and Jihyun shook her head.

"It's okay, I understand."

"You have to listen close because I will only tell you once," he began and the two of them stepped closer.

"I was walking past one of the meeting halls at the guardians palace when I overheard them say that because Renjun had the power to predict the future he would become a threat to both of the planets, so they had to banish him. But if he was to cross back onto Earth, then everyone's memories would come back."

Tens words made their mouth drop.

Jihyun let out a scoff, "those mother fu, they think he's a threat? The hell, that's insane."

"So then what about the needle? Can we get one so that Jihyun can go the moon safely?" Jisung asked, more focused on the bigger picture than the smaller one.

Ten nodded his head, bringing his hand up and swiping it across before holding his hand out for Jihyun, and when she looked down she saw the needle.

"H-how," Jihyun stammered, looking up to Renjuns dad before her eyes flickered down at the needle in this hand.

"This will grant you one whole Earth day on the moon, you need to have him back through the portal before your time runs up. I will be on the other side and if you don't make it back in time I'm going to destroy the portal for good."

Ten placed his free hand on the girls shoulder and looked at the both of them.

"I believe in you, both of you- get back my son."

I feel like this is going a lil too fast, but oh well. Short and sweet I guess.

My estimate is two more chapters plus maybe a bonus and then that's it
