As always, class seemed to drag on forever. It was as if the teacher made the lesson so boring as a punishment for who knows what, and the moment the sound of the bell rang through the school, numerous amounts of sighs and chatter filled the air- a signal that lunch had begun.

Jihyun quickly put her books away in a quick attempt to escape the class, wanting nothing more than the cheap, mildly warm cafeteria food to fill her stomach.

She had never craved cafeteria food more in her life than as of right now.

She quickly put her books away in her locker before turning around when she heard two familiar voices.

"Hey Jihyun noona, guess what we did today in science," Jisung said, slightly bouncing on his feet obviously excited to tell her.

"Im not sure, what did you do?" She asked as she started to walk to the cafeteria.

"I got to dissect a frog," he said, to which Jeno laughed.

"I walked by your classroom when you took off the cover, you fainted as soon as you saw the thing," Jeno teased and Jisung pouted in annoyance.

"I did not faint, you must've saw someone else faint," he tried to stick up for himself and Jeno only pet him on the back.

"What ever helps you sleep at night bud. Anywho, what's everyone up to tonight? Mums invited the family around and I really don't want to deal with my judgemental relatives alone. So... wanna come?" Jeno looked at the two of them with hopeful eyes.

Jisung looked every but at Jeno, rubbing the nape of his neck and humming in thought.

"You know, I think I have something on tonight, so, uh- I don't think I can. Plus, your relatives scare me." He said, shuddering a little at the last time Jeno dragged the two of them along to one of his family dinners.

It didn't end well. Jenos cousins kept pulling Jisung every which way to play with them, while the aunties asked him various question, placing him under pressure.

"Jihyun?" Jeno said looking towards the girl with puppy dog eyes.
"Will you be my saviour?"

Jihyun looked from Jisung back to Jeno before shrugging her shoulders.
"I don't see why not-"

"You're a life saver, and for that, imma shout you lunch," he said as they walked through the doors to the cafeteria.

The sound of loud chatter from student bodies filled the room as the three of them lined up.

The smell of food infiltrated their senses the closer they got and Jihyun felt herself salivating from the overwhelming need to fill her stomach.

"I don't think I've ever been this hungry before in my life," she said, clutching her stomach as they finally made their way to the front.

As they got their food and finally sat down, Jihyun finally took the first bite of her food.

Sighing and moving around in her seat in pure happiness from the fulfilment the sandwich she was eating gave her- oblivious to the eyes Jeno gave her.

"Hey noona," Jisung spoke, bringing the girl out of her trance.

She let out a hum indicating he had her attention.

"Can you ask Renjun what the air smells like on the moon."
