"Hey Renjun," Jihyun said as she placed her phone onto her stomach as she awaited her soulmates reply.
"Yes sunshine?" His voice seemed deeper than normal which sent heat to her ears at the pet name.
"D-did I wake you? I-I'm sorry," She stuttered out, flustered by the sudden deep was of his voice.
She looks over to the clock beside her bed to see that it was in-fact late and that her, herself should be asleep.
"Yeah aha, but it's okay. What's up?" He said, obviously tired as she could only picture him laying in bed, trying not to fall asleep.
"Well um... you see I kinda forgot it's my friends birthday tomorrow and so I was wondering if it would be okay to go to his house for a bit..." she rambled on hoping the tired boy understood her mess of words.
There was a silence on her end and she began to worry he fell back asleep. "Renjun?"
"Yeah, that seems fun. I'd like to meet your friends as well." He said and Jihyun smiled, happy he was willing to spend part of their 24 hours together at her friends birthday party.
She just felt that it was a shame that it had to land on the same day, but she felt ecstatic that her soulmate was happy to meet her friends.
"Is it going to be big or small?" He asked and Jihyun picked up her phone.
"I'm not sure yet, he hasn't decided." "But isn't it tomorrow?" "Yeah... lets just say he isn't the best at planning things," Jihyun let out a small chuckle as she began to type away at her phone.
