Last night my friends played a prank on me. Bradley said he was sick but I didn't believe him because I thought he was trying to fool me. But then my friend Ethan said that he was being serious and Bradley told me that Ethan thought that Bradley had coronavirus. So I was kinda worried and then Ethan told Bradley that he was joking and Bradley was really angry. I was trying to calm Bradley and keep the peace between them but then I found out the whole thing was a prank. I'm not sure if Bradley is sick or not. They kept me up until 3:30am and I'm exhausted today because I had to get up at 11am to volunteer at the charity shop. Plus I haven't been sleeping well anyway.

I found out that the charity shop won't be staying open for as long during the day because of the coronavirus and my work is closing earlier as well. They're also using gloves and using cards instead of cash at the charity shop.

I've heard that pubs and restaurants will be closing, it's unfortunate because I'm sure it'll be tough for the businesses. But I think they had to close because the risk of infection is too high. Someone I know who lives in Belfast said that everywhere is closed around him.

There's also nearly 4,000 people infected in the UK, Ireland has nearly 700 and Northern Ireland has 86. It's not good but I expect there could be thousands more infected, I just hope no one I know gets it. Public transport won't be going as often, but thankfully I don't need to use it anyway.

I've heard that medical staff will be coming out of retirement to help and nurses in their final year of university will be helping as well. I hope that the hospitals won't be overwhelmed but I think it's likely that they will unfortunately.

Today I helped at the charity shop and then I went home and did some coursework. I still don't know what is going to happen with my dissertation and it's pretty stressful, but I sent a form to my supervisor so hopefully she'll help. But I wouldn't be sure since she barely ever replies to my messages. Then I watched Midsommar and the start was pretty good but I felt that nothing really happened in the first hour, so it was pretty boring. Then the second half was very weird, I barely even knew what was going on. Overall I thought the movie was very slow, pretty boring and strange. I also watched Intolerable Cruelty and I quite liked it. It's about a divorce lawyer and he meets a woman who marries rich men and then divorces them, taking their money. It was a bit silly but it was a lot better than Midsommar.

I'm very tired so I'll probably go to sleep now and hope that I sleep better tonight. I don't have any plans until Thursday so I'll be staying in my house, relaxing and doing coursework.
