Day 36 22nd April 2020

There are now 2,874 cases in Northern Ireland, 133,495 in the UK and 16,671 in Ireland. It seems like the number of infections is going down each day so that's good.

I got up and I watched an episode of Young Sheldon. Sheldon found out that Stephen Hawking was doing a talk in California and he wanted to go to it but his dad said they couldn't go. The flight would've been too expensive but the dad changed his mind when Sheldon's university paid for the trip.

When Sheldon was on the plane he was listening to the air hostess do the safety talk. Sheldon started freaking out and he wanted off the plane and he went and hid in the bathroom. I felt sorry for Sheldon and his dad went in and talked to him and Sheldon pretended to be Spock, while his dad was Captain Kirk. It helped Sheldon to stay calm and it was very sweet.

I thought Sheldon was relatable because I'm scared of flying, although I'm not as bad as I used to be. Once I had a panic attack, it wasn't nice.

Then I fixed my PowerPoint and uploaded it, I'm glad it's finally finished. I did some work on my dissertation as well but I really can't be bothered with it. I have about 4,000 words left to do.

It's funny because 4,000 words for one of my stories would only take a few days to finish at most and I'd enjoy it. But with the dissertation it can take weeks to write 4,000 words and it's incredibly boring.

Then I got a shower and when I came down I watched House of Games. There was a shocking answer, the question was how much did the most expensive number plate in 2014 cost and the answer was £500,000 and something. I was shocked! I'd guessed £1,200 so I was way off. That amount for a number plate is ridiculous! The person who bought it must be a billionaire!

Then I watched Knives Out and I thought it was pretty good. It had loads of famous people in it like Daniel Craig, Jamie Lee Curtis and Chris Evans.

It was about an old man in a rich family who was killed and someone hired an investigator. The movie was about finding out who'd murdered the old man. I won't say anymore about it because I don't want to spoil it.

I watched two episodes of Grey's Anatomy and DeLuca had a surgery with Richard. It was quite funny because Richard asked what his plans were and DeLuca thought he was talking about Meredith but he was actually talking about his career plans.

Amelia had a surgery with Link in a different hospital and her sister was at that hospital. Amelia doesn't have much contact with her family so they thought that Link was Owen. They thought she was still married to Owen so Link had to pretend to be him. But the mum came home and she knew that Link wasn't Owen.

The sisters seemed horrible and I felt really sorry for Amelia because they kept bringing up things she'd done in the past. And they were basically calling her crazy.

That's all for today, I hope you're all well.
