Day 45 1st May 2020

There's 3,623 cases in Northern Ireland, 177,454 in the UK and 20,833 in Ireland. There was only one new case in China so that's good news.

I got results back from an essay and I found out that I got a 2.1 which is the second best grade at university. I'm really happy because other people were getting 2.2 which isn't as good. I really want to get a 2.1 because that's the grade required for a lot of degrees if I want to do any in the future. For one of my lectures I got a 3rd which is nearly a failure, so I'm hoping the rest of my Mark's will bring up my overall grade to a 2.1

I drove my mum to the shop and she said that they weren't social distancing very well in the shop, so that isn't good. Although thankfully there aren't many cases in Northern Ireland. 

There was a stupid person overtaking me when there was a car on the other side of the road. It was quite close to being a crash and I had to break because of the other car. Some people really are so impatient, they'll get themselves killed!

When I got home I had a shower and I did some exercise. Then I went downstairs and half watched Star Trek. I watched The Greatest Dancer and a girl group that I liked went out and I liked the guy who went out as well.

Diversity were on the show and I thought it was good seeing them again. But I was disappointed that Perry's hair was in a bun, I much prefer his lovely afro hair.

Then I watched The Other Guys which is a film with Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg in it. Samuel L. Jackson and Dwayne Johnson also made cameos. In the movie Mark and Will were cops, but they barely solved any cases. Then Will decided to do a case about someone who was building when they didn't have permission. They had to work together to solve the case.

I thought parts of the movie were funny but it was a bit too long for me. Overall I liked the movie.

I watched two episodes of Grey's Anatomy. DeLuca got a woman from another place to come and help diagnose the mum and they took her off all her medication. They found out what she had and they treated her, but DeLuca didn't get much sleep and he wasn't eating. Karina was worried about him because she thought that he had the same mental health problems as his dad. So she told Meredith and she took him off the case and she was mad with him. It seems like it may be the end of their relationship because they were both annoyed with each other. It's unfortunate because I liked Meredith and DeLuca together.

There was a teen called Joey who was a foster kid and he wanted to leave the hospital to be with his siblings. They weren't blood related so he was worried that they would all get separated. Bailey got the siblings to the hospital so that they could hang out together and I thought it was sweet.

Amelia was at Meredith's house and Maggie went and talked to her. I think Amelia is in a very difficult position because she doesn't know who the father of her baby is. Link went to see her and Amelia said she wanted someone to love her baby whether it was theirs or not. She broke up with Link and she implied that she'll raise the baby with her sisters. I'm disappointed because I thought they were a sweet couple, but maybe they'll get back together.

Levi moved out of his mum's house and in with Nico. But Nico said that Levi needs to find his own place, I find it quite strange because they've been dating for a while. Nico's parents were visiting and Levi wanted to meet them but Nico kept saying they were very critical. Then Nico confessed that his parents don't know that he's gay. I felt he was so hypocritical! In the last season Nico had said that he didn't want to have to help Levi with coming out and he hasn't even came out to his parents. Sometimes I think Levi and Nico are really sweet together, but then other times Nico annoys me so much. I still think Levi is too sweet and caring for Nico.
