Now there's 410 cases of coronavirus in Northern Ireland, 19,522 in the UK and 2,615 in Ireland. It's bad how many people are getting infected and dying and I've no idea when it'll stop. And it might never stop, it could become like a seasonal flu which wouldn't be good. I hope they'll make a vaccine at some point but that could be years away. They haven't even found a vaccine for the cold and people get it every year. But maybe they don't consider cold serious enough to create a vaccine.
Anyway today I ended up getting up late because the clocks changed but my mum didn't change the one in my room and I thought she had. I listened to the interview with my mum and helped her to transcribe it and I got to do some more of my jigsaw. That took about an hour.
Then I went into the living room and watched In for a Penny which is a show that Stephen Mulhern presents and he finds random people to do challenges for money. The first one was the people having to reverse into a parking space for £100 and two of them missed the space completely. I couldn't believe it, I find reversing difficult but I'm nowhere near as bad as the people on the show.
Another challenge that different people did was guessing whether the price of the item was higher or lower than the previous one. And if they got them right then Stephen paid for their shopping.
There was a part when two people were blindfolded and they had to describe what they were eating. One of the guys doing the challenge had tiny ears which Stephen pointed out, it was really funny. And one of the women couldn't get gingerbread man, when her friend gave her the clue run, run, run as fast as you can, you'll never catch me. I thought the clue was obvious so I was surprised that she didn't get it right.
The last part was In for a Penny, where they have to have a penny to play the game. They had to eat ham off their face without dropping it, then lick all the brown sauce off their hands and then get an arrow to sick to a cardboard cutout of Stephen's face. Then they had to count to 11 seconds and get Stephen to stop the timer and they all won and got £1000.
I think the show is really funny and Stephen Mulhern is great on that show and on others. Some of the things he does on Britain's got More Talent are hilarious, he even got David J. Watson on as a co-presenter type of thing because he auditions for the show every year. But unfortunately he never gets through.
And it was funny seeing Stephen wearing all the costumes on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway. I also enjoyed the new part that he does, Win a Week off Work.
Then I played Sims for a while and it was fun. I watched The Lost City of Z because there were a few famous actors in it. The movie was alright, but it was a bit boring and I was disappointed that Tom Holland was only in the second half of the movie. And Robert Pattinson looked very different to normal because he had a beard and when he was first onscreen it took me a few seconds to recognise him. I didn't really connect to any of the characters and I kept thinking the dad shouldn't be leaving the wife and kids all the time. And the ending wasn't resolved either but that's because it's based on a true story.
I watched The Chase celebrities and Dion Dublin was on and he went for the higher offer and unfortunately got caught by Sinnerman. Chris Ramsey and a woman who I didn't know got through to the final and when they were answering the questions they got a lot of them wrong. I thought they missed a few easy questions because my parents and I knew the answers. Unfortunately Sinnerman caught them both.
My internet still isn't back and I'm worried that it won't be back for ages because of what happened last time. And it's even worse this time because there's lockdown in loads of countries and I don't know when they'll fix it. I hope it'll be back tomorrow but I don't think it will. And I'll need to ask for an extension for my work and hope that the internet is back by the time it's due.
Bye everyone, I hope you and your family are healthy.
